The main reason I chose it was because everyone who tested it said that it is good to provide cooling to the VRM. I did a small overclock (with the help of an experienced user on YouTube) on the 7700x, because I am not very knowledgeable about doing such tests. By removing the fan pin, I saw the temperatures, and then repeated the process with the pin connected again, and saw a difference of about 4-5 degrees Celsius lower (on the VRM). However, having the idle processor hit 55-59 degrees is not something I desire, as well as the fact that its usage is causing a bottleneck on the GPU, so what's the point? Back to optimized defaults.

When I play a game that requires power, I will definitely return to this setting.

Without having done Expo I on the RAM, in idle mode at 4800MHz (the RAM), the 7770x is at around 34-35 degrees, while at 6000MHz with overclock it stays at a steady 59 degrees. The maximum without overclock in games is about 65-71 degrees with the fans spinning, while with the overclock I saw it reach 75 degrees, but the fan speed increased so much that it sounded like a car fan.

Due to personal preference, I preferred my own Cougar fans instead of the stock ones, which I didn't use at all, I took them out before installing it, to keep my LEDs. The downside is that the Asus 6750xt's LED strip is fixed in purple-blue and doesn't change, and at the moment I'm not interested in testing colors, I prefer to play a game. That's why I didn't get the Arctic Liquid Freezer II RGB version.

I have no complaints about the noise of the water and the bubbles. I installed it with the switch facing downwards at the front and low in the case, and I have connected 2+2 fans in the front and back respectively.

I have been conducting numerous experiments and research for a long time.
I ended up with this liquid cooling solution because, in addition to cooling the processor, it also has an extra small fan that cools the VRAM on the motherboard. It is also one of the few cooling solutions that comes with brackets for both AMD and Intel, so you don't have to search for the motherboard's case to find where it can be installed... everything is included!

I installed it on a Ryzen 5 5600X processor with an RTX 3060 graphics card, and I play full games. What I have noticed is the following:
It never goes above 55-60 degrees no matter how much I push it, and the frequency never drops below 4.5GHz - 4.6GHz, which is the maximum it can reach, because it never gets hot enough to reduce the processor's performance.

Installation is extremely easy, just plug and play, and the fans fit perfectly in mid-sized cases, measuring 24 cm by 12 cm with a thickness of 4 cm... nothing to worry about!

Don't even think about it, remove the thousands of fans from your computers and enjoy the peace and quiet. Silent and calm, everything is perfect.

The 4 stars are for the difficulty level during installation. A relatively inexperienced user will struggle a bit, but that's about it. It was installed on a Ryzen 3600x in a push-pull configuration and the temperatures are much better compared to the Corsair h60 it replaced. 35-60 degrees Celsius instead of 38-72. PBO and other factory settings were used. The thermal paste I used is the thermal grizzly kryonaut in both cases.

Edit:
After upgrading to the 5600x, I can say that it is a decent liquid cooler, with temperatures ranging from 28-65 degrees Celsius, even though this specific CPU tends to run hot with PBO, etc.

Update 21/10/22:
After an announcement from Arctic, some batches - including mine - had an issue with the cold plate. After filling out a form on Arctic's website, they sent me the materials needed to fix it, along with a link to a video tutorial (which, by the way, is not very difficult) completely free of charge. This alone increases my trust in this company, which I have relied on for many years.

Update 17/09/23:
Because I was lazy to open up the block to replace it, I did it during the summer due to high temperatures. The CPU was reaching temperatures of around 70-73 degrees Celsius, and I had forgotten that I hadn't changed the copper plate. After replacing it (and believe me, it was quite corroded after 1.5 years), reinstallation resulted in a temperature drop of 10 degrees (from 73 to 62-64 with room temperature at 28-30 degrees) and all of this with almost no noise.
After the summer, the maximum temperatures I've seen are around 58-60 degrees Celsius during stress tests.

P.S. If I were to change it, it would be for a larger one, but still the same (360mm or even 420mm). I only achieved such cooling results with expensive liquid coolers (over 300-400 euros) that required a lot of effort to set up. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for proper liquid cooling without spending too much money.

I give 5 stars for the performance and because I trust Arctic. It is a very good cooler.
I noticed a difference from the stock cooler on the Ryzen 3700x and MSI X470 Gaming Plus motherboard. From (idle 55-65) to (idle 30-50) and from (load 75-85) to (load 60-75). Of course, I don't know if the BIOS update is responsible for the slightly higher temperatures because I haven't tried many different versions.
Now, regarding the cooler, the installation was not very easy because the instructions don't tell you exactly which screw to use to tighten it onto the processor. And even though it tells you not to tighten the screw all the way (to avoid breaking something), you have to use the slightly smaller one, which doesn't seem logical at first.
Other than that, everything is good, it works better than I expected in terms of temperatures. I wouldn't call it quiet for those who want complete silence (because I also record music, so I have lowered the fan speed and can hardly hear anything), but for an average user and gaming, it is quiet enough and the stock cooler works fine. I don't think someone would easily notice the slight noise (anyway, the graphics card makes more noise).

I think that in terms of selling price and now with the extension of the warranty to 6 years, it is the most affordable thing you can buy. It came with the revision 4 kit, but I haven't tested it yet to see its performance, so I will come back with a relevant evaluation. What I didn't like is that the box says 2 years, they probably cut corners and used old packaging. Not that it's something negative.

Well, the installation was very easy with the revision 4 kit, but the 4 screws out of the 8 it has to attach the cooler to the Tower were of very poor quality, they were stripped and loose, and besides that, they were too short, a little longer wouldn't hurt. In terms of performance compared to the top air cooling Noctua D15 cromax, it is more or less the same, with a difference of +-1.2 degrees within the margin of error, 38 idle/68.5 cinebench R23 and cod warzone from 68 to 74 with room temperature of 30c (July 18th). Also, the VRMs were 3 degrees colder, 51c max compared to 54c with the D15. I used Noctua H1 thermal paste, which is probably much better than the Artic mx4 that comes with the package. It is a little quieter than the D15 and the pump is nothing like nzxt/corsair. It has superior performance. I tested it on a 5900X with Asus B550 e gaming and I sent a ticket to Artic and in 2 days I had a response and they will send me 8 new screws. Kudos to Artic for their support, as they asked me if I had any other issues. So, I give it 5 stars, which is very rare and I have only given it to a few products.

I also installed it on a 12700K in a Lian Li 011 air mini and at 184 watts max, the temperatures were 73c in cinebench R23 with room temperature of 30 degrees. I used Noctua H2 thermal paste. It should also be noted that it came with the 1700 mounting kit.

In the past two months, I had a problem with the CPU temperature (Ryzen 3600) using the AMD Wraith Stealth. In the past, I had no issues doing 3D renders, simulations, Tensorflow training, and gaming. Recently, in a room with a temperature of 25 C, it was idling at 45-50 C, while under full load it reached over 100 C and even restarted once, which made me realize that I have a temperature problem. So, I stopped pushing it until I figured out what was causing it. Eventually, I decided to try AIO liquid cooling and chose this one based on reviews. Now, it idles at 33-35 C and under full load it stays below 80 C. My case is 5.5 liters and with the old cooler, I had it open without side panels, but now I have placed one on the side of the CPU for better airflow over the motherboard, as the two fans of the AIO pull a lot of air from inside to outside. It seems that the thermal paste on my CPU has dried up and it still has higher temperatures than I expected, but it's performing well and I'm very satisfied. The installation was easy since I already had the appropriate screws around the CPU, and the installation manual was very clear and informative. I have the Rev.4 and overall it is quiet, only making noise under full load and at night when it's quiet, I notice its sound.

I switched to liquid cooling after a year of using the Thermalright ARO-M14G with Ryzen 2700X.
I put it in a Coolermaster H500 case and due to compatibility for top exhaust, I went with the 240 (it fits properly in the case even though it has a larger radiator, the 280 DOES NOT fit for top mount).
I have had it for a month now, so with high temperatures due to summer, the results are as follows:

With PBO in stress tests, I had 70-75 degrees. Now the maximum temperature is 65.
Cinebench R15-20, maximum 63.
In games, the maximum temperature is 50 degrees.
Without PBO, the processor simply does not go above 53 degrees and in games, it stays at 40-42.
Negatives:
- Installation on AM4 is a bit tricky with the backplate on an already installed system.
- At 1000 RPM, one of the two fans produces resonance frequency. With slightly higher or lower than 1000 RPM, nothing can be heard.
I had doubts between 240 and 280, but I can say that I am very satisfied.
I think it is the best value for money in liquid cooling.
