I connected it to the motherboard, using a USB 3 to USB 2 adapter because my motherboard only had one USB 3 port where two ports were factory connected. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it recognizes external hard drives and USB sticks, but it couldn't connect to the wireless keyboard and I had to connect it to a USB port on the motherboard.
