I was coming from a high-quality stitched cover that I had installed myself 10 years ago. Well, the Sparco is quite quality and sturdy. It does require some strength in your hands to snap it on, to be honest, but it goes on in less than 2 minutes. The only negative, which of course is the case with all covers of this type, is that it makes the steering wheel noticeably thicker (significantly more than the stitched one). Of course, it's something you gradually get used to. In the end, I didn't regret the purchase because I'm no longer in a position to devote 2 hours or more to install a stitched cover again, with extra string (because the one they include is never enough), etc... So, it's a convenient, quality solution that saves you a lot of sewing hassle. The method of locking the steering wheel upside down, as a friend mentioned in another comment, is indeed very effective for proper installation. Opel Corsa D.
Προερχόμουν από εξαιρετικής ποιότητας ραφτό κάλυμμα που είχα τοποθετήσει μόνος μου πριν 10χρόνια. Λοιπόν, είναι αρκετά ποιοτικό και στιβαρό το sparco. Θέλει σχετική δύναμη στα χέρια για να κουμπώσει είναι η αλήθεια αλλά μπαίνει σε λιγότερο από 2 λεπτά. Το μόνο αρνητικό , όπου βέβαια όλα τα καλύμματα αυτού του τύπου είναι έτσι, είναι ότι χοντραίνει κάμποσο το τιμόνι (σημαντικά παραπάνω από το ραφτό). Βέβαια είναι κάτι που σιγά σιγά συνηθίζεται. Στην τελική, δε μετάνιωσα για την αγορά διότι δεν είμαι πια σε θέση να αφιερώσω 2 ώρες και επιπλέον για να βάλω ξανά ραφτό, με επιπλέον σπάγκο (γιατί αυτός που βάζουν μέσα ποτέ δεν αρκεί) κτλ... Είναι λοιπόν μια βολική ποιοτική λύση που σε γλιτώνει από πολύ παίδεμα ραψίματος. Η μέθοδος του κλειδωμένου ανάποδα τιμονιού που ανέφερε ο φίλος σε άλλο σχόλιο, όντως είναι πολύ αποδοτική για σωστή τοποθέτηση. Opel Corsa D.
