2 months of use and the toast sticks incredibly to the plates. It's garbage. It went in the dishwasher once a week. For a toaster to advertise that its plates can go in the dishwasher, it shouldn't break when the plates are put in the dishwasher!

The toaster was purchased for 30.8 euros and its use is almost 2 and a half years, so it has already paid off the money. Its use during these years was sometimes sparse and sometimes frequent. The plates are removable and washable, it toasts the sandwiches relatively quickly and evenly if the time is right. With the light that turns on and off, it notifies you about preheating and then about toasting. Sometimes when the sandwiches were overcooked or not evenly toasted, it had to do with me and how well I followed the timing with the lights, as well as if the sandwiches were evenly filled. Given that it still works and does the job perfectly, it is recommended for purchase to anyone interested.

I have it for a year now. I decided to get a new toaster because it toasts very quickly (you have to stay on top of it or it will burn the toast) and it burns the bread while the cheese inside hasn't melted.

The product has good construction, a beautiful design, large plates, so that it can fit large sandwiches or even three toasties, and it is sturdy. However, it has one major negative aspect. It lacks a thermostat for temperature control. As a result, because it has high power (900W) for one or two toasties, it heats up very quickly and the toasties get burnt on the outside, while the ingredients inside are not well cooked. I am forced to unplug it before it reaches its maximum temperature. If not, I forget a little, and the toast comes out burnt on the outside. The company must definitely add a temperature control feature. As it is now, I would definitely not buy it again!

It is a pretty good device... It grills evenly and relatively quickly. I just have to mention the following:
1. The device does not open 180 degrees in case someone wants to use it for grilling.. However, this makes it incredibly stable during cooking and storage!
2. The toaster is quite "elongated" and may limit you in terms of storage. But the positive thing is that it can fit 3 square sandwiches with little to no squeezing.
3. The cable is short. Not even 50 cm

Finally, we eat the perfect toast. Very good quality construction, correct size, does not compress the toast, and in exactly 4 minutes from the green light turning off, they are ready. The cheese melts wonderfully chewy. I have no problem with the plates, they are very stable.

After many failed attempts to find a toaster that would toast crispy and evenly, luckily we trusted the reviews for this one and we are very satisfied. With 4 children in the family, we finally eat delicious, tasty toasties. Don't think about it, it's value for money!
