If you want to struggle learning Python, buy this book. Not only will you not learn Python, but you will have to sit and translate from Greek to English all the terminology since written in our language it is completely useless. What is the point of translating the commands into Greek when they are written ONLY in English?? Translate the method. The guidance. Not the commands. For the love of God. YES.....to learn proper programming, one must read theory. However, it would be better to read it in their native language. In the one they will use to put it into practice.

I am a beginner and I bought it to help me understand Python. Very informative, with plenty of examples, easy to understand everything. It is worth every penny and more.

The book is very good, so far the chapters I have read are very understandable even in difficult points of the programming language, they are detailed and fully comprehensible, with many examples with code which I downloaded and "executed" myself from the publisher's website using the book's code. It is a good and substantial purchase for me.

The book, based on the existing Greek market, is exactly what someone needs to start in the world of Python programming.

If you are not a teacher, do not buy it.
▶️I bought "the book of python". I paid 31€ for the book and on the back cover it states that "for the consolidation of the material and the understanding of the structures of python, more than 400 programming exercises are given for practice...".
As it happens in other books of the same genre but from different publishers, you would expect to find the exercise codes electronically on the corresponding page of this book and download them in order to check the answers. ⁉️
On the contrary, in a response email from the company, they answered that ▶️"The material you are referring to is exclusively provided to teachers of academic institutions who use the book for their courses."
So if you are someone interested in learning the Python language, do not buy this book.
According to the publishing company, this book is aimed at teachers.
