Reuzel Surf Tonic hair spray adds volume and texture while enhancing the hair’s natural texture and encouraging waves and curls. It leaves a matte finish with light hold and can be used on its own or combined with other REUZEL products.

Apply to towel-dried or dry hair, from the scalp to the ends. Scrunching helps form natural waves and enhance texture. Hair can be left to air-dry or dried with a blow-dryer. Its formula includes a copolymer blend and REUZEL’s T-4 Tonic Blend, with extracts of witch hazel, nettle, rosemary and horsetail root.

    I use this product quite often. However, I don't remember seeing anything about strengthening when I bought it. I haven't noticed any difference in that regard. I bought it for styling purposes and for that, it is definitely good. It leaves a nice feeling, creates a good wet look, and gives a nice soft matte finish. The scent is very common because this product is essentially a salt spray, but personally, it doesn't bother me. If someone is looking for the scent, they should definitely check out Bluebeards Revenge, which does a similar job (with a different finish).
