It is a slow crushing juicer, which means it operates at low speeds, and after first crushing the fruits or vegetables you place in it, it then presses them to make juice. Compared to a centrifugal juicer, the juicing process takes longer, but this way more juice is produced, completely free of pulp and peels.

The juicer extracts the juice by removing the flesh from the fruit or vegetable, leaving only their liquids. Fruits with thin peels can be placed whole in the juicer, while fruits with thick peels should be peeled and large pits, such as those from peaches, should be removed.

It has 4 speeds to adjust the intensity, depending on how soft or hard the food you are processing is.

The juice collection jug has a capacity of 800 ml with a graduated scale, so you know at any time the amount of juice you have produced. The waste container has a capacity of 800 ml, where the pulp (or otherwise pulp) removed from your fruits and vegetables is collected. When it fills up, you will need to empty it to continue producing your juices.
