On the positive side, the small size.
A bit inconvenient to use. It locks with difficulty and comes apart easily.
The Inissia is better (and easier to use - but a bit bulkier)

Positives:
• Convenient size, fits everywhere.
• Takes Starbucks and Nespresso capsules
• Easy to use.
• The capacity for collecting used capsules is almost satisfactory.

Negatives:
• It is not silent (the noise it makes is tolerable but not pleasant, especially when the water runs out in the tank).
• Sometimes it gets stuck and you have to press the button again to "run".
• Needs frequent cleaning to avoid odors and bad taste.

What can I say about this machine, it heats up in seconds, makes coffee very quickly, and is very easy to clean. You can use any capsules you want, I have bought reusable ones and I put loose coffee in them so it is very cost-effective

Very good coffee machine that works with capsules.
The big advantage for me is that it is very "compact" so it doesn't take up any space at all!

Very good choice, the only flaw is that it doesn't accept the capsules easily. You need to be a bit careful how you place them, because they fall into the bin below

Three years of use, quite satisfied as a family and we make from 2 up to 5 espressos daily.
Every six months, I strictly do a cleaning with the appropriate ecological liquid and tablet.

I think this is the 5th machine I have bought, I always have it with me when I travel, I sell it when I leave to someone, and then I buy another new one again (I am a sailor and I have it on the ship).
As you understand, it is the best there is in terms of portability

Slim size, doesn't take up much space. I had bought the exact same one before, it lasted 6 years with daily use. So, it's worth it!

Relatively quieter than others but quite some time after it stops dispensing water into the capsule, it continues to drip. Also, it has a very small disposal space for used capsules - at most 2 - and a small water tank.

I've had this device for a few months now, 0 issues, easy to use and maintain. It's basic but I wasn't looking for something complicated, does the job just fine.

The reason I bought it was to make quick coffee and not take up much space, so no problem because it heats up very quickly and the space it occupies in my kitchen is very small, it also makes good coffee and accepts capsules from all companies. I highly recommend it!

Very beautiful color

I hadn't used a Krups machine for several years and decided to buy one again because the combination of Krups and Nespresso had thrilled me. The truth is that I don't know if the machine is not good or if Nespresso has lowered its quality, but I am quite disappointed with the result... The only good thing left is the speed of making a coffee in the morning if you're in a hurry. Otherwise, I think it would have been better to get a regular espresso machine.

Although very small in size, it is very practical and produces hot and quality coffee just like the larger models. The Krups version has a sturdier construction than the Delonghi even though it is smaller in dimensions, and it produces slightly hotter coffee and a little faster.

My first one broke in a year and a half and the second one in six months. Both had the same problem, it stops at espresso after 1-2 seconds. You have to press it 4-5 times to make a coffee. I was using Starbucks capsules.

Small but very good for all capsules, it adjusts as everyone desires from ristretto to lungo!!!

Very good, small and convenient if you don't have enough space in your kitchen or if you want something simple and small, it's just right. As for the noise, it's reasonable for it to make a little noise which doesn't bother me at all personally. Also, the capsules are convenient because you can buy other brands that are compatible with Nespresso. That's it!

makes good coffee. the advantage it has is a wide variety of different brands. for the noise, I had other machines and didn't notice a difference

It's fantastic, I take lor intensity 11 capsules and I think they make the best coffee, I can't even drink espresso outside anymore, within 1.5 minutes I have coffee in the morning!

The best thing for making coffee at home.
I only use Nespresso capsules and the quality of the espresso is more than satisfactory for a capsule coffee at home.
Also, you save a tremendous amount of money when today for coffee delivery you spend 3+ euros while the authentic Nespresso capsules start from 0.40€.
I don't think anyone needs a more expensive Nespresso machine than this one; it does its job just fine!

Wonderful, small and elegant, you can take it with you even on vacation to always have wonderful fragrant coffee! The variety of drinks is endless, there's no way you won't find something you like! I love it!

Wonderful Nespresso machine. Excellent quality, makes coffee quickly and with froth. Heats up fast and has a selection of espresso or lungo

Average to bad, it doesn't make nice coffee at all, I have tried different brands and still the same, it doesn't heat the water enough. I do not recommend it....

Purchased in May 2023, after one month of use it leaks water on the counter. Sent to Nespresso for inspection, they asked for 69€ for a practically useless GASKET and do not cover warranty for clearly a manufacturing issue. STAY AWAY from this coffee machine.

When you open the box and see it, you get excited because it is very beautiful and small device, but as soon as you start using it, the negatives (for me) became apparent due to 10 years of experience with the nespresso citiz which I consider to be superior!
The big downside is that the flow of coffee is intense (thick), resulting in the disappearance of the crema, meaning it is not fine and slow (as it should be).
Also, another downside in the black color is the visible fingerprints.

This is a very reliable product. I have had it for two years already and use it every day. The coffee is simply good. The only negative thing I would say is that the machine is noisy, especially in the morning when it is quiet.

It makes a great espresso! And with capsules from another company! We learned with illy as if we had it in our village too!

It is simply wonderful! It's worth every penny.. wonderful design, heats up very quickly, easy to clean!
