The machine was purchased after a lot of market research and comparison with other machines. It is not for users who just want to drink a simple espresso. It is for people who are excited about the idea of coffee and have the time to engage in its preparation, as well as the money to buy it.
On the positive side, the grinder is quite high quality, the machine heats up quickly, and the device is sturdy yet compact for its capabilities. It will take time to find the right settings for the internal grinder, the grind size, and the dosing. You will definitely need a precision scale, otherwise you will never be able to measure the grinding dose or the extraction dose. If you don’t do this correctly, then there is no point in buying this machine. I would say that additional nail distribution, a pumper, and a puck filter are needed, but clearly, you can get the job done without them. I recommend setting the internal fine at 4, at most 3, and playing with the grind size, but surely, if you experiment, you will find it.
On the negative side, for now, I haven’t found anything. Maybe I would prefer the portafilter to be bottomless so I could see the flow, but it’s still quite good. Also, on the negative side, perhaps we can include the time needed for setup, as it’s not like you’ll make 1-2 coffees and have it figured out. You definitely need to use up 1kg of coffee to get it to where you want, but after that, there’s no turning back unless you change your coffee blend, in which case a new setup will be needed.

Η μηχανή αγοράστηκε μετά από πολύ έρευνα αγοράς και σύγκριση με άλλες μηχανές. Δεν αφορά χρήστες που θέλουν να πίνουν ένα απλό εσπρέσο. Αφορά ανθρώπους που ενθουσιάζονται με την ιδέα του καφέ και έχουν χρόνο για να ασχοληθούν με την παρασκευή του αλλά και χρήμα για να την αγοράσουν.
Στα θετικά ο αρκετά ποιοτικός μύλος άλεσης, η ταχύτητα στο ζέσταμα της μηχανής και η στιβαρή αλλά παράλληλα μικρή για τις δυνατότητες της συσκευή. Θα χρειαστεί χρόνος για να βρεις τις κατάλληλες ρυθμίσεις και στον εσωτερικό μύλο και στο grind size αλλα και στο dosing. Θα χρειαστείς απαραίτητα ζυγαριά ακριβείας ειδάλλως δεν θα μπορέσεις να μετρήσεις ποτέ την δόση άλεσης αλλά και την δόση εκχύλισης. Αν δεν το κάνεις σωστά τότε δεν έχει νόημα να αγοράσεις αυτή την μηχανή. Θα έλεγα ότι χρειάζεται επιπλέον nail distribution, pumper και puck filter αλλα σαφώς Και γίνεται δουλειά χωρίς αυτά. Το internal fine προτείνω να το έχετε στο 4 αντε max στο 3 και να παίξετε με το grind size αλλα σίγουρα αν κάνετε δοκιμές θα το βρείτε.
Στα αρνητικά για την ώρα δεν έχω βρει κάτι. Ίσως το portafilter θα το προτιμούσα bottomless για να βλέπω την ροή αλλά εντάξει και αυτό είναι αρκετά καλό. Επίσης στα αρνητικά ίσως μπορούμε να βάλουμε τον χρόνο που χρειάζεται για το setup καθώς δεν ειναι οτι θα κάνεις 1-2 καφέδες και θα το βρεις. Θέλει σίγουρα να ξοδέψεις 1kg καφέ για να τον φτάσεις εκεί που θέλεις τον καφέ αλλά μετά δεν θα έχει πισωγύρισμα πάρα μόνο αν αλλάξεις χαρμάνι καφέ όπου και εκεί θα χρειαστεί νέο setup.

Very good machine, you definitely need to experiment at first in order to make a decent espresso. Nevertheless, the first impressions are positive. The last successful espresso reminded me quite a bit of the espressos I have had in cafes abroad.
As for the steam wand for frothing milk, I don't think it is weak or bad. With 0% milk, the froth was made very easily.
Πολύ καλή μηχανή, θέλει σίγουρα να πειραματιστεις στην αρχή ώστε να βγάλεις έναν αξιοπρεπή εσπρεσο. Παρ'ολα αυτά οι πρώτες εντυπώσεις είναι θετικές. Ο τελευταίος πετυχημένος εσπρεσο θύμιζε αρκετά τους εσπρεσο που έχω πιει σε καφέ στο εξωτερικό.
Όσο αναφορά για το ακροφυσιο στο αφρογαλο, δεν θεωρώ ότι είναι αδύναμο ή κακό. Με γάλα 0% το αφρογαλο έγινε πολύ εύκολα.
I hope this review helps a beginner, as the amount required to purchase this particular espresso machine is quite high and it would be a shame for someone to buy it without being fully aware of what they are getting.
The main advantages of the machine, I would say, are its size (quite compact along with the grinder), as well as the fact that from the moment you turn it on, it is ready to use in a minute or two.
I should note that the machine has been on the market for about 15 years—with minor differences between models depending on the year of production. For example, the 2025 model, while it has a pump capable of 15 bar pressure (as the company claims), in practice operates at 9 bar with no adjustment option. Therefore, it is incorrectly described as 15 bar in the description, as it is essentially set to work exclusively at 9 bar. Espresso, of course, needs 9 bar, not 15, but the description remains misleading.
However, one of the most significant disadvantages, which I did not read mentioned anywhere, is the extremely low steam pressure. If someone wants to make lattes and get into latte art, just forget it. And don't be fooled (as I was) by watching videos on YouTube and Instagram of people doing latte art with this machine. With a lot, a lot of effort and patience, you might manage to get milk suitable for latte art, but regardless of your skills, the machine does not produce consistent pressure every time you turn on the steam—so sometimes it will work, other times it won't (speaking about latte art).
To avoid going on too long, if your only goal is a good espresso or cappuccino, then it does its job very satisfactorily. However, at this price point, there are much cheaper options that make equally good espresso. But if you want to get into latte art, just skip it without a second thought. For me, it's a purchase I regret because with a little more money you can get semi-professional machines, which do not have the limitations this one has regarding steam pressure.
Ελπίζω το σχόλιο αυτό να βοηθήσει κάποιον αρχάριο, καθώς το ποσό που απαιτείται για την αγορά της συγκεκριμένης εσπρεσιερας είναι αρκετά υψηλό και είναι κρίμα κάποιος να προβεί στην αγορά χωρίς να είναι πλήρως ενήμερος του τι αγοράζει.
Τα βασικά πλεονεκτήματα της μηχανης θα έλεγα ότι είναι το μέγεθος της (αρκετά συμπαγής μαζί με το μύλο), καθώς και το γεγονός ότι από τη στιγμή που την ανάβεις είναι έτοιμη προς χρήση σε ένα-δυο λεπτά.
Να σημειώσω ότι η μηχανή κυκλοφορεί στην αγορά περίπου 15 χρόνια - με ότι μικροδιαφορές συνεπάγονται μεταξύ τους με βάσει το έτος παραγωγής. Για παράδειγμα, το μοντέλο του 2025, ενώ διαθέτει τρόμπα με δυνατότητα 15 bar πίεσης (όπως ισχυρίζεται η εταιρεία), στην πράξη λειτουργεί στα 9 bar χωρίς δυνατότητα ρύθμισης. Συνεπώς, λανθασμένα αναφέρεται ως 15 bar στην περιγραφή, καθώς ουσιαστικά είναι ρυθμισμένη να δουλεύει αποκλειστικά στα 9 bar. Το εσπρέσο βέβαια θέλει 9bar πολύ σωστά, κι όχι 15, απλά η περιγραφή δεν παύει να είναι παραπλανητική.
Ενα όμως από τα σημαντικότερα μειονεκτήματα, το οποία δεν διάβασα να αναφέρεται πουθενά, είναι η εξαιρετικά χαμηλή πίεση ατμού. Αν κάποιος θέλει να φτιάχνει latte και να ασχοληθεί με latte art, απλά ας την ξεχάσει. Και μην μπερδευτείτε (όπως εγώ) κοιτώντας βίντεο στο YouTube και στο insta με τύπους να κάνουν latte art με τη συγκεκριμένη μηχανή. Με πάρα μα πάρα πολύ προσπάθεια και υπομονή ίσως κατάφερε να βγάλετε γάλα κατάλληλο για latte art, απλά ασχέτως με τις δυνατότητες σας η μηχανή δεν παράγει σταθερή πίεση κάθε φορά που ανοίγετε τον ατμό - οπότε τη μια θα σας βγαίνει, την άλλη όχι (για latte art μιλώντας).
Για να μην μακρυλογω άλλο, αν ο μόνος σας στόχος είναι ένας καλός εσπρέσο ή cappuccino, τότε κάνει τη δουλειά της ικανοποιητικότατα. Ωστόσο, σε αυτά τα χρήματα υπάρχουν κατά πολύ φθηνότερες επιλογές που κάνουν εξίσου καλό εσπρέσο. Αν ωστόσο θέλετε να ασχοληθείτε με latte art, απλά προσπεράστε την χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Για μένα είναι αγορά που μετάνιωσα καθώς με λίγα παραπάνω χρήματα πάτε σε ημιεπαγγελματικές μηχανές, όπου δεν έχουν τοὺς περιορισμούς που έχει η συγκεκριμένη όσο αναφορά τη πίεση του ατμού.
This machine is worth every last euro it costs. I've had it for 6 months and make 5-6 coffees a day (both cold and hot), the result is always perfect. I highly recommend it.

I have owned the machine for about 2 years. It is definitely worth the money, even if its price has gone up. A few tips for potential buyers:
1. Experiment a lot with different beans and don't be discouraged if your first coffees don't turn out well. The result will reward you.
2. Strictly adhere to its cleaning and use it according to the instructions. It is a good, but sensitive machine.
It had an issue around the one-year mark, but I sent it for free through Skroutz, it was repaired, and it works perfectly. I hope it lasts for many more years.
The coffee you make will definitely be better than 95% of the shops out there, and most importantly, it will be the same coffee every time, without variations.
Κάτοχος της μηχανής εδώ και 2 χρόνια περίπου. Αξίζει σίγουρα τα χρήματα της, ακόμα και αν η τιμή της έχει ανέβει. Μερικά τιπ για υποψήφιους αγοραστές:
1. Κάντε πολλούς πειραματισμούς με διαφορετικούς κόκκους και μην αποθαρρυνθείτε αν οι πρώτοι σας καφέδες δεν βγουν καλοί. Το αποτέλεσμα θα σας ανταμείψει.
2. Τηρείτε αυστηρά τον καθαρισμό της και χρησιμοποιήστε την βάσει των οδηγιών. Είναι καλή, αλλά ευαίσθητη μηχανή.
Μου παρουσίασε θέμα στον ένα χρόνο περίπου, παρόλα αυτά την έστειλα δωρεάν μέσω σκρουτζ, επισκευάστηκε και λειτουργεί άψογα. Ελπίζω να κρατήσει χρόνια ακόμα.

I did a lot of market research, watched many videos, missed the Black Friday offer, and bought it for 630€. After about 10 wasted espressos, I found the settings I need for the brand of coffee I drink, and I won't look back!
The machine is beautiful, sturdy, heats up in less than a minute, comes with a heavy 54mm portafilter that comfortably holds 18g of ground coffee, and also includes a milk thermometer as a gift. It has a water filter and 1-2 cleaning and descaling products, 4 baskets, 2 single and 2 double shot espresso, single and double-walled, and a heavy and adequate tamper. The grinder is also sufficient. In a month and a half, we have made and consumed 2 kilograms of coffee, so it's going well... As for disadvantages, the only thing is that as an espresso machine, especially a manual one, it requires some work and cleaning, and until you find your way, you will produce some lattes.

Έκανα αρκετή έρευνα αγοράς, είδα πολλά βίντεο, δεν πρόλαβα την προσφορά black Friday, την πήρα 630€. Μετά από καμιά 10αριά πεταμένα εσπρέσσο, βρήκα τις ρυθμισεις που χρειάζομαι για τη μάρκα καφέ που πίνω, και δεν ξανακοιταζω πίσω!
Η μηχανή είναι όμορφη, στιβαρή, ζεσταίνεται σε λιγότερο από ένα λεπτό, έρχεται με ένα βαρύ, 54μμ portafilter που χωράει άνετα 18γρ αλεσμένου καφέ, δίνει δώρο και μια μότα που σου δείχνει τη θερμοκρασία του γάλακτος, έχει φίλτρο νερού και 1-2 καθαριστικά και προϊόν αφαλάτωσης, 4 καλαθάκια, 2 μόνου και 2 διπλου.εσπρεσο, μονού και διπλού τοιχώματος και ένα βαρύ και επαρκές ταμπερ.. Ο μύλος.ειναι επαρκής επίσης. Σε ενάμισυ μήνα έχουμε φτιάξει και πιει 2 κιλά καφέ, καλά θα πάει αυτό... από μειονεκτήματα, μόνο το ότι ως εσπρεσιερα και μάλιστα χειροκίνητη, θέλει δουλίτσα και καθάρισμα, και μέχρι να βρείτε τον τρόπο σας, θα βγάζετε λάτρα.
Έχω σταμάτησει να αγοράζω καφέ απέξω, έναν πήρα προχθές και τον πέταξα - ήταν πολύ υποδεέστερος του δικού μου. Περιμένω πώς και πώς να γυρίσω σπίτι να φτιάξω καφέ στην Sage!

I've had it for a year.
Everything was perfect until the grinder broke.
Since July, I've been trying to find a solution since officially it doesn't exist in Greece.
We're waiting for a replacement from America. 2 months without a coffee maker.
If I had to do it again, I wouldn't make the mistake of getting a coffee maker with a built-in grinder.
So, be very careful. After-sale support... simply non-existent. It's just a matter of luck.

This one was returned and exchanged for the Sage Barista Pro model.
After about 6 months, this one also had a problem with the grinder.
Never again Sage. Anyone who wants to make home coffee should go for a grinder and coffee maker set from companies that truly know the field.
That is, for around 1000 euros, you can get a strong set for coffee. And always reliable with representatives here in Greece.

περιμένουμε ανταλλακτικο από Αμερική. 2 μήνες χωρίς καφετιέρα.
εάν ξαναπερνα δεν θα έκανα το λάθος να πάρω καφετιέρα με ενσωματωμένο μύλο.

Update.
Η συγκεκριμένη επεστράφη και άλλαξε με το μοντέλο sage barista pro.
Μετά από περίπου 6 μήνες και αυτό πρόβλημα στον μύλο.
Ποτέ ξανά sage. Όποιος θέλει να φτιάξει home Coffee πάει σε σετ μυλου και καφετιέρας από εταιρίες που πραγματικά γνωρίζουν το χώρο.
Δηλ. Σε πόσο κοντά στα 1000 ευρώ έχεις σετ δυνατό για καφέ. Και πάντα αξιόπιστο με αντιπρόσωποιες εδώ Ελλάδα.
It is excellent. It takes a little time to find the settings, but the coffee it makes is comparable to very good cafes. You break even in 3-4 months and you won't buy coffee outside again. If you find a quality variety, you will be fully satisfied. 3 tips that might help, although it depends on the variety, are: the grind of the beans at 6 to 7. Set the dose to 2 hours (assuming it's a clock) and press the button the first time to let the water run before you insert the coffee. I highly recommend it, and if you think about it, you save a lot.
Είναι εξαιρετική. Χρειάζεται λίγο χρόνο να βρεις τις ρυθμίσεις αλλά ο καφές που φτιάχνει είναι εφαμιλλος των πολύ καλών cafe.
Κάνεις απόσβεση σε 3-4 μήνες κ δεν ξαναπαίρνει απ εξω.
Αν βρεις κ μια ποιοτική ποικιλία θα είσαι full ευχαριστημένος.
3 tips που ίσως βοηθήσουν παρότι εξαρτάται από την ποικιλία είναι :η κοπή των κοκκων στο 6 με 7. Να βάλετε την δόση ώρα 2(αν υποθέσουμε ότι είναι ρολοι) και να πατατε την πρωτη φορα να τρέξει το νερό πριν κουμπωσετε τον καφέ.
Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα κ αν το καλοσκεφτείς γλιτώνετε πολλά.

Την εχω 1 εβδομαδα, και φαινεται πολυ καλη μηχανη. Στην αρχη επρεπε να ρυθμισω το μυλο, αλλα μετα απο λιγες δοκιμες εφθασα στο αποτελεσμα που ηθελα. Εξαλλου, υπαρχουν πολλα video στο youtube που σε βοηθανε πολυ. Το μεγαλο ερωτημα ειναι τι ειδος κοκκου πρεπει να χρησιμοποιησεις. Στην αγορα υπαρχουν ποικιλιες για ολα τα γουστα. Εχω κανει δοκιμες με διαφορερικες ποικιλιες, και μαλλον θα κανω και αλλες!!Ισως ο καλυτερος τροπος να ξεκινησεις ειναι να παρεις την ιδια ποικιλια με αυτη της καφετεριας που ο καφες της σου αρεσει.

Στα θετικά ο αρκετά ποιοτικός μύλος άλεσης, η ταχύτητα στο ζέσταμα της μηχανής και η στιβαρή αλλά παράλληλα μικρή για τις δυνατότητες της συσκευή. Θα χρειαστεί χρόνος για να βρεις τις κατάλληλες ρυθμίσεις και στον εσωτερικό μύλο και στο grind size αλλα και στο dosing. Θα χρειαστείς απαραίτητα ζυγαριά ακριβείας ειδάλλως δεν θα μπορέσεις να μετρήσεις ποτέ την δόση άλεσης αλλά και την δόση εκχύλισης. As for the steam wand for frothing milk, I don't think it is weak or bad. With 0% milk, the froth was made very easily.
Πολύ καλή μηχανή, θέλει σίγουρα να πειραματιστεις στην αρχή ώστε να βγάλεις έναν αξιοπρεπή εσπρεσο. Παρ'ολα αυτά οι πρώτες εντυπώσεις είναι θετικές. Ο τελευταίος πετυχημένος εσπρεσο θύμιζε αρκετά τους εσπρεσο που έχω πιει σε καφέ στο εξωτερικό.

With a lot, a lot of effort and patience, you might manage to get milk suitable for latte art, but regardless of your skills, the machine does not produce consistent pressure every time you turn on the steam—so sometimes it will work, other times it won't (speaking about latte art).

Ενα όμως από τα σημαντικότερα μειονεκτήματα, το οποία δεν διάβασα να αναφέρεται πουθενά, είναι η εξαιρετικά χαμηλή πίεση ατμού. Αν κάποιος θέλει να φτιάχνει latte και να ασχοληθεί με latte art, απλά ας την ξεχάσει. Και μην μπερδευτείτε (όπως εγώ) κοιτώντας βίντεο στο YouTube και στο insta με τύπους να κάνουν latte art με τη συγκεκριμένη μηχανή. Με πάρα μα πάρα πολύ προσπάθεια και υπομονή ίσως κατάφερε να βγάλετε γάλα κατάλληλο για latte art, απλά ασχέτως με τις δυνατότητες σας η μηχανή δεν παράγει σταθερή πίεση κάθε φορά που ανοίγετε τον ατμό - οπότε τη μια θα σας βγαίνει, την άλλη όχι (για latte art μιλώντας).
Για να μην μακρυλογω άλλο, αν ο μόνος σας στόχος είναι ένας καλός εσπρέσο ή cappuccino, τότε κάνει τη δουλειά της ικανοποιητικότατα. Πολύ καλή μηχανή, θέλει σίγουρα να πειραματιστεις στην αρχή ώστε να βγάλεις έναν αξιοπρεπή εσπρεσο. Παρ'ολα αυτά οι πρώτες εντυπώσεις είναι θετικές. Ο τελευταίος πετυχημένος εσπρεσο θύμιζε αρκετά τους εσπρεσο που έχω πιει σε καφέ στο εξωτερικό.
Όσο αναφορά για το ακροφυσιο στο αφρογαλο, δεν θεωρώ ότι είναι αδύναμο ή κακό. Με γάλα 0% το αφρογαλο έγινε πολύ εύκολα.

I should note that the machine has been on the market for about 15 years—with minor differences between models depending on the year of production. For example, the 2025 model, while it has a pump capable of 15 bar pressure (as the company claims), in practice operates at 9 bar with no adjustment option. Therefore, it is incorrectly described as 15 bar in the description, as it is essentially set to work exclusively at 9 bar. Espresso, of course, needs 9 bar, not 15, but the description remains misleading.
However, one of the most significant disadvantages, which I did not read mentioned anywhere, is the extremely low steam pressure. If someone wants to make lattes and get into latte art, just forget it. And don't be fooled (as I was) by watching videos on YouTube and Instagram of people doing latte art with this machine. With a lot, a lot of effort and patience, you might manage to get milk suitable for latte art, but regardless of your skills, the machine does not produce consistent pressure every time you turn on the steam—so sometimes it will work, other times it won't (speaking about latte art).
To avoid going on too long, if your only goal is a good espresso or cappuccino, then it does its job very satisfactorily. However, at this price point, there are much cheaper options that make equally good espresso. But if you want to get into latte art, just skip it without a second thought. For me, it's a purchase I regret because with a little more money you can get semi-professional machines, which do not have the limitations this one has regarding steam pressure.
Ελπίζω το σχόλιο αυτό να βοηθήσει κάποιον αρχάριο, καθώς το ποσό που απαιτείται για την αγορά της συγκεκριμένης εσπρεσιερας είναι αρκετά υψηλό και είναι κρίμα κάποιος να προβεί στην αγορά χωρίς να είναι πλήρως ενήμερος του τι αγοράζει.
Τα βασικά πλεονεκτήματα της μηχανης θα έλεγα ότι είναι το μέγεθος της (αρκετά συμπαγής μαζί με το μύλο), καθώς και το γεγονός ότι από τη στιγμή που την ανάβεις είναι έτοιμη προς χρήση σε ένα-δυο λεπτά.
Να σημειώσω ότι η μηχανή κυκλοφορεί στην αγορά περίπου 15 χρόνια - με ότι μικροδιαφορές συνεπάγονται μεταξύ τους με βάσει το έτος παραγωγής. Για παράδειγμα, το μοντέλο του 2025, ενώ διαθέτει τρόμπα με δυνατότητα 15 bar πίεσης (όπως ισχυρίζεται η εταιρεία), στην πράξη λειτουργεί στα 9 bar χωρίς δυνατότητα ρύθμισης. Συνεπώς, λανθασμένα αναφέρεται ως 15 bar στην περιγραφή, καθώς ουσιαστικά είναι ρυθμισμένη να δουλεύει αποκλειστικά στα 9 bar. Το εσπρέσο βέβαια θέλει 9bar πολύ σωστά, κι όχι 15, απλά η περιγραφή δεν παύει να είναι παραπλανητική.
Ενα όμως από τα σημαντικότερα μειονεκτήματα, το οποία δεν διάβασα να αναφέρεται πουθενά, είναι η εξαιρετικά χαμηλή πίεση ατμού. Αν κάποιος θέλει να φτιάχνει latte και να ασχοληθεί με latte art, απλά ας την ξεχάσει. Και μην μπερδευτείτε (όπως εγώ) κοιτώντας βίντεο στο YouTube και στο insta με τύπους να κάνουν latte art με τη συγκεκριμένη μηχανή. Με πάρα μα πάρα πολύ προσπάθεια και υπομονή ίσως κατάφερε να βγάλετε γάλα κατάλληλο για latte art, απλά ασχέτως με τις δυνατότητες σας η μηχανή δεν παράγει σταθερή πίεση κάθε φορά που ανοίγετε τον ατμό - οπότε τη μια θα σας βγαίνει, την άλλη όχι (για latte art μιλώντας).
Για να μην μακρυλογω άλλο, αν ο μόνος σας στόχος είναι ένας καλός εσπρέσο ή cappuccino, τότε κάνει τη δουλειά της ικανοποιητικότατα. Ωστόσο, σε αυτά τα χρήματα υπάρχουν κατά πολύ φθηνότερες επιλογές που κάνουν εξίσου καλό εσπρέσο. Αν ωστόσο θέλετε να ασχοληθείτε με latte art, απλά προσπεράστε την χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Για μένα είναι αγορά που μετάνιωσα καθώς με λίγα παραπάνω χρήματα πάτε σε ημιεπαγγελματικές μηχανές, όπου δεν έχουν τοὺς περιορισμούς που έχει η συγκεκριμένη όσο αναφορά τη πίεση του ατμού.

I have owned the machine for about 2 years. It is definitely worth the money, even if its price has gone up. A few tips for potential buyers:
1. Experiment a lot with different beans and don't be discouraged if your first coffees don't turn out well. The result will reward you.

1. Κάντε πολλούς πειραματισμούς με διαφορετικούς κόκκους και μην αποθαρρυνθείτε αν οι πρώτοι σας καφέδες δεν βγουν καλοί. Το αποτέλεσμα θα σας ανταμείψει.
2. Τηρείτε αυστηρά τον καθαρισμό της και χρησιμοποιήστε την βάσει των οδηγιών. Είναι καλή, αλλά ευαίσθητη μηχανή.

I did a lot of market research, watched many videos, missed the Black Friday offer, and bought it for 630€. After about 10 wasted espressos, I found the settings I need for the brand of coffee I drink, and I won't look back!
The machine is beautiful, sturdy, heats up in less than a minute, comes with a heavy 54mm portafilter that comfortably holds 18g of ground coffee, and also includes a milk thermometer as a gift. Έκανα αρκετή έρευνα αγοράς, είδα πολλά βίντεο, δεν πρόλαβα την προσφορά black Friday, την πήρα 630€. Μετά από καμιά 10αριά πεταμένα εσπρέσσο, βρήκα τις ρυθμισεις που χρειάζομαι για τη μάρκα καφέ που πίνω, και δεν ξανακοιταζω πίσω!
Η μηχανή είναι όμορφη, στιβαρή, ζεσταίνεται σε λιγότερο από ένα λεπτό, έρχεται με ένα βαρύ, 54μμ portafilter που χωράει άνετα 18γρ αλεσμένου καφέ, δίνει δώρο και μια μότα που σου δείχνει τη θερμοκρασία του γάλακτος, έχει φίλτρο νερού και 1-2 καθαριστικά και προϊόν αφαλάτωσης, 4 καλαθάκια, 2 μόνου και 2 διπλου.εσπρεσο, μονού και διπλού τοιχώματος και ένα βαρύ και επαρκές ταμπερ.. Ο μύλος.ειναι επαρκής επίσης. Σε ενάμισυ μήνα έχουμε φτιάξει και πιει 2 κιλά καφέ, καλά θα πάει αυτό... από μειονεκτήματα, μόνο το ότι ως εσπρεσιερα και μάλιστα χειροκίνητη, θέλει δουλίτσα και καθάρισμα, και μέχρι να βρείτε τον τρόπο σας, θα βγάζετε λάτρα.
Έχω σταμάτησει να αγοράζω καφέ απέξω, έναν πήρα προχθές και τον πέταξα - ήταν πολύ υποδεέστερος του δικού μου. Περιμένω πώς και πώς να γυρίσω σπίτι να φτιάξω καφέ στην Sage!

Η συγκεκριμένη επεστράφη και άλλαξε με το μοντέλο sage barista pro.
Μετά από περίπου 6 μήνες και αυτό πρόβλημα στον μύλο.
Ποτέ ξανά sage. Όποιος θέλει να φτιάξει home Coffee πάει σε σετ μυλου και καφετιέρας από εταιρίες που πραγματικά γνωρίζουν το χώρο.
Δηλ. Σε πόσο κοντά στα 1000 ευρώ έχεις σετ δυνατό για καφέ. Και πάντα αξιόπιστο με αντιπρόσωποιες εδώ Ελλάδα.

Είναι εξαιρετική. Χρειάζεται λίγο χρόνο να βρεις τις ρυθμίσεις αλλά ο καφές που φτιάχνει είναι εφαμιλλος των πολύ καλών cafe.
Κάνεις απόσβεση σε 3-4 μήνες κ δεν ξαναπαίρνει απ εξω.
Αν βρεις κ μια ποιοτική ποικιλία θα είσαι full ευχαριστημένος.
3 tips που ίσως βοηθήσουν παρότι εξαρτάται από την ποικιλία είναι :η κοπή των κοκκων στο 6 με 7. Να βάλετε την δόση ώρα 2(αν υποθέσουμε ότι είναι ρολοι) και να πατατε την πρωτη φορα να τρέξει το νερό πριν κουμπωσετε τον καφέ.
Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα κ αν το καλοσκεφτείς γλιτώνετε πολλά.

On the negative side, for now, I haven’t found anything. Maybe I would prefer the portafilter to be bottomless so I could see the flow, but it’s still quite good. Also, on the negative side, perhaps we can include the time needed for setup, as it’s not like you’ll make 1-2 coffees and have it figured out. You definitely need to use up 1kg of coffee to get it to where you want, but after that, there’s no turning back unless you change your coffee blend, in which case a new setup will be needed.

Η μηχανή αγοράστηκε μετά από πολύ έρευνα αγοράς και σύγκριση με άλλες μηχανές. Δεν αφορά χρήστες που θέλουν να πίνουν ένα απλό εσπρέσο. Αφορά ανθρώπους που ενθουσιάζονται με την ιδέα του καφέ και έχουν χρόνο για να ασχοληθούν με την παρασκευή του αλλά και χρήμα για να την αγοράσουν.
Στα θετικά ο αρκετά ποιοτικός μύλος άλεσης, η ταχύτητα στο ζέσταμα της μηχανής και η στιβαρή αλλά παράλληλα μικρή για τις δυνατότητες της συσκευή. Θα χρειαστεί χρόνος για να βρεις τις κατάλληλες ρυθμίσεις και στον εσωτερικό μύλο και στο grind size αλλα και στο dosing. Θα χρειαστείς απαραίτητα ζυγαριά ακριβείας ειδάλλως δεν θα μπορέσεις να μετρήσεις ποτέ την δόση άλεσης αλλά και την δόση εκχύλισης. Αν δεν το κάνεις σωστά τότε δεν έχει νόημα να αγοράσεις αυτή την μηχανή. Θα έλεγα ότι χρειάζεται επιπλέον nail distribution, pumper και puck filter αλλα σαφώς Και γίνεται δουλειά χωρίς αυτά. Το internal fine προτείνω να το έχετε στο 4 αντε max στο 3 και να παίξετε με το grind size αλλα σίγουρα αν κάνετε δοκιμές θα το βρείτε.
Στα αρνητικά για την ώρα δεν έχω βρει κάτι. Ίσως το portafilter θα το προτιμούσα bottomless για να βλέπω την ροή αλλά εντάξει και αυτό είναι αρκετά καλό. Επίσης στα αρνητικά ίσως μπορούμε να βάλουμε τον χρόνο που χρειάζεται για το setup καθώς δεν ειναι οτι θα κάνεις 1-2 καφέδες και θα το βρεις. Θέλει σίγουρα να ξοδέψεις 1kg καφέ για να τον φτάσεις εκεί που θέλεις τον καφέ αλλά μετά δεν θα έχει πισωγύρισμα πάρα μόνο αν αλλάξεις χαρμάνι καφέ όπου και εκεί θα χρειαστεί νέο setup.

Owner for 2 days now at €550. I may have spent half a kilo of coffee beans until I learned how to use it and managed to get the espresso to my liking, but in the end the result justifies you. Very good machine, you definitely need to experiment at first in order to make a decent espresso. Nevertheless, the first impressions are positive. The last successful espresso reminded me quite a bit of the espressos I have had in cafes abroad.
As for the steam wand for frothing milk, I don't think it is weak or bad. With 0% milk, the froth was made very easily.
Πολύ καλή μηχανή, θέλει σίγουρα να πειραματιστεις στην αρχή ώστε να βγάλεις έναν αξιοπρεπή εσπρεσο. Παρ'ολα αυτά οι πρώτες εντυπώσεις είναι θετικές. Ο τελευταίος πετυχημένος εσπρεσο θύμιζε αρκετά τους εσπρεσο που έχω πιει σε καφέ στο εξωτερικό.
Όσο αναφορά για το ακροφυσιο στο αφρογαλο, δεν θεωρώ ότι είναι αδύναμο ή κακό. Με γάλα 0% το αφρογαλο έγινε πολύ εύκολα.
I hope this review helps a beginner, as the amount required to purchase this particular espresso machine is quite high and it would be a shame for someone to buy it without being fully aware of what they are getting.
The main advantages of the machine, I would say, are its size (quite compact along with the grinder), as well as the fact that from the moment you turn it on, it is ready to use in a minute or two.
I should note that the machine has been on the market for about 15 years—with minor differences between models depending on the year of production. For example, the 2025 model, while it has a pump capable of 15 bar pressure (as the company claims), in practice operates at 9 bar with no adjustment option. Therefore, it is incorrectly described as 15 bar in the description, as it is essentially set to work exclusively at 9 bar. Espresso, of course, needs 9 bar, not 15, but the description remains misleading.
However, one of the most significant disadvantages, which I did not read mentioned anywhere, is the extremely low steam pressure. If someone wants to make lattes and get into latte art, just forget it. And don't be fooled (as I was) by watching videos on YouTube and Instagram of people doing latte art with this machine. With a lot, a lot of effort and patience, you might manage to get milk suitable for latte art, but regardless of your skills, the machine does not produce consistent pressure every time you turn on the steam—so sometimes it will work, other times it won't (speaking about latte art).
To avoid going on too long, if your only goal is a good espresso or cappuccino, then it does its job very satisfactorily. However, at this price point, there are much cheaper options that make equally good espresso. But if you want to get into latte art, just skip it without a second thought. For me, it's a purchase I regret because with a little more money you can get semi-professional machines, which do not have the limitations this one has regarding steam pressure.
Ελπίζω το σχόλιο αυτό να βοηθήσει κάποιον αρχάριο, καθώς το ποσό που απαιτείται για την αγορά της συγκεκριμένης εσπρεσιερας είναι αρκετά υψηλό και είναι κρίμα κάποιος να προβεί στην αγορά χωρίς να είναι πλήρως ενήμερος του τι αγοράζει.
Τα βασικά πλεονεκτήματα της μηχανης θα έλεγα ότι είναι το μέγεθος της (αρκετά συμπαγής μαζί με το μύλο), καθώς και το γεγονός ότι από τη στιγμή που την ανάβεις είναι έτοιμη προς χρήση σε ένα-δυο λεπτά.
Να σημειώσω ότι η μηχανή κυκλοφορεί στην αγορά περίπου 15 χρόνια - με ότι μικροδιαφορές συνεπάγονται μεταξύ τους με βάσει το έτος παραγωγής. Για παράδειγμα, το μοντέλο του 2025, ενώ διαθέτει τρόμπα με δυνατότητα 15 bar πίεσης (όπως ισχυρίζεται η εταιρεία), στην πράξη λειτουργεί στα 9 bar χωρίς δυνατότητα ρύθμισης. Συνεπώς, λανθασμένα αναφέρεται ως 15 bar στην περιγραφή, καθώς ουσιαστικά είναι ρυθμισμένη να δουλεύει αποκλειστικά στα 9 bar. Το εσπρέσο βέβαια θέλει 9bar πολύ σωστά, κι όχι 15, απλά η περιγραφή δεν παύει να είναι παραπλανητική.
Ενα όμως από τα σημαντικότερα μειονεκτήματα, το οποία δεν διάβασα να αναφέρεται πουθενά, είναι η εξαιρετικά χαμηλή πίεση ατμού. Αν κάποιος θέλει να φτιάχνει latte και να ασχοληθεί με latte art, απλά ας την ξεχάσει. Και μην μπερδευτείτε (όπως εγώ) κοιτώντας βίντεο στο YouTube και στο insta με τύπους να κάνουν latte art με τη συγκεκριμένη μηχανή. Με πάρα μα πάρα πολύ προσπάθεια και υπομονή ίσως κατάφερε να βγάλετε γάλα κατάλληλο για latte art, απλά ασχέτως με τις δυνατότητες σας η μηχανή δεν παράγει σταθερή πίεση κάθε φορά που ανοίγετε τον ατμό - οπότε τη μια θα σας βγαίνει, την άλλη όχι (για latte art μιλώντας).
Για να μην μακρυλογω άλλο, αν ο μόνος σας στόχος είναι ένας καλός εσπρέσο ή cappuccino, τότε κάνει τη δουλειά της ικανοποιητικότατα. Ωστόσο, σε αυτά τα χρήματα υπάρχουν κατά πολύ φθηνότερες επιλογές που κάνουν εξίσου καλό εσπρέσο. Αν ωστόσο θέλετε να ασχοληθείτε με latte art, απλά προσπεράστε την χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Για μένα είναι αγορά που μετάνιωσα καθώς με λίγα παραπάνω χρήματα πάτε σε ημιεπαγγελματικές μηχανές, όπου δεν έχουν τοὺς περιορισμούς που έχει η συγκεκριμένη όσο αναφορά τη πίεση του ατμού.
This machine is worth every last euro it costs. I've had it for 6 months and make 5-6 coffees a day (both cold and hot), the result is always perfect. I highly recommend it.
Αυτή η μηχανή αξίζει και το τελευταίο ευρώ που κοστίζει.Την έχω 6 μήνες και φτιάχνω τη μέρα 5-6 καφέδες (και κρύους και ζεστούς),το αποτέλεσμα πάντα άψογο.Την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
