Very light cream, absorbs very easily, but honestly I didn't see any difference either in redness or in atopy. I only applied it on my neck afterwards.

Surprisingly good.....for redness it is wonderful, it cools quickly and absorbs redness....bravo!!!...there are many products that promise things, this is one of the few that does its job

It is quite effective for those who have mild rosacea and either frequently experience a burning sensation or are only bothered by redness. I buy it regularly upon the recommendation of my dermatologist. The gel texture helps it absorb very quickly without leaving a sticky feeling on the face. I give it 4/5 stars because in very low temperatures during winter, it increases the cold sensation that one may feel on the face, as its formulation is designed to constantly "cool" the face (to relieve the flush of rosacea).
