I bought the aforementioned vacuum cleaner about 2 years ago. It is indeed quiet and cleans relatively well without having much power. It has a variety of attachments as well as many filters which, of course, need to be changed frequently in order to have a decent performance. Apart from that, the build quality is terrible. From the first moment, the hose did not attach properly to the vacuum head, causing it to detach during cleaning. When I spoke to them, they told me that I was not using the vacuum properly and that the vacuum itself is great. I sent it back and they returned it to me partially repaired. After 3 months, the vacuum's regulator broke. Again, I sent it back and they accused me of mishandling the vacuum, claiming that I opened it with my foot even though I never applied pressure with my foot. The photos I have clearly show that the vacuum externally looks brand new and has no scratches. They accepted it because it is under warranty, and when they returned the vacuum, the use of the regulator had been eliminated and it simply functioned as an on-off switch. No problem, I would say, IF it worked well, even like that. When pressing it, you could hear springs from the 5th regulator inside, and they also broke the receptacle of the bin!
5 months later, the vacuum is not working again. And even though the warranty has not expired, today when I called, they told me that I am using it improperly and that their vacuum is amazing and that no one has ever had a problem and that the other customers who sent it for repair had a problem with the regulator because they activated it with their foot. They contradict themselves, but otherwise, only I had a problem with the vacuum! In the end, the person I was speaking to told me that the only thing they can do is sell me a new model or the older one that does not have a regulator, and that they will try to make up for the 30 euros they lost from the shipping costs! When you spend 160 euros on a vacuum cleaner, it is not your fault if it does not work and they treat you in this way, especially when you clearly expect a slightly more quality vacuum that at least functions properly!

Στο τέλος ο κύριος που μιλούσα μ είπε ότι το μόνο που μπορεί να κάνει είναι να μου πουλήσει ένα άλλο καινούριο μοντέλο ή το παλιότερο που δεν έχει ροοστατη και ότι πάνε να βγάλουν 30 ευρώ από την σκούπα και τα έχουν χάσει από τις μεταφορικές!! Όταν δίνεις 160 ευρώ για μια σκούπα,δεν φταις εσύ αν δεν λειτουργεί και να σου συμπεριφερονται κατά αυτόν το τρόπο, ενώ σαφώς περιμένεις μια σκούπα λίγο πιο ποιοτική και τουλάχιστον να λειτουργεί!
Build quality is excellent and suction power is more than satisfactory! I bought it because I wanted to clean furniture (sofas, upholstered chairs, etc.) from cat hair and besides its absorbent power, it has many attachments such as the mini turbo brush especially for sofas. It is relatively quiet and has adjustable power intensity. The other attachments are also very useful and effective.

Την αγόρασα καθώς ήθελα να καθαρίζω έπιπλα (καναπέδες, καρέκλες υφασμέτινες κτλ.) από τρίχες γάτας και πέρα από απορροφητική δύναμη διαθέτει πολλά εξαρτήματα όπως και την mini turbo βούρτσα ειδικά για καναπέδες. I bought it because I wanted to clean furniture (sofas, upholstered chairs, etc.) from cat hair and besides its absorbent power, it has many attachments such as the mini turbo brush especially for sofas. It is relatively quiet and has adjustable power intensity. The other attachments are also very useful and effective.
