This is because there is no padding, but there is a screw inside that, no matter how tight you make it, doesn't secure it properly. So every time you move it with force, for example, getting up from the bathtub, you will notice the wobble.
    The handle protrudes about 2 inches more than other handles, which I mention for those who have space issues (so it doesn't hit the body while showering standing up).
