It really holds odors very well but it could have an easier opening and cheaper refills

Really a very wrong purchase. We had it for 1 year and when I finally realized that I had thrown a bunch of money into the bin along with the refills, the room finally stopped smelling bad. The bin actually smells. The bag runs out very quickly and is very expensive. The bin fills up easily and actually needs to be emptied often. You end up spending money and going through a lot of hassle instead of just having toilet bags and throwing them away either immediately or on the balcony to put the day's diapers in. Truly the worst purchase!

I was stingy with my money for nothing instead of getting something better; firstly, the bags are extremely expensive, especially with a newborn who needs frequent diaper changes, you need a lot of bags, and also, to open the bin, especially if you're holding a baby, you need to be a Navy SEAL or have arms like a weightlifter

We got it with the idea of using carpet bags, as we had read in other reviews. But the process takes its time... It retains odors, but after a certain period the bin starts to smell.

tested in summer with its original bags. even when closed it smells a little, when you open it to throw away another diaper it smells x50.

We know this product because it saved us from odors and hassle by throwing it in a bag and then into an outdoor bin, especially in the heat and at night. It was recommended to us with the birth of our daughter, and so we gift it to every newborn baby of friends and relatives in turn. Specifically, if you live in an apartment, it can hold quite a few dirty diapers as long as you seal them well.

Negative is the high cost of the replacements. Each replacement is for almost 2 fillings of the bin.

It is one of the things we bought as first-time parents. Perhaps the most useless of all. However, it is a great little table in the baby's room for the lamp.
It does indeed hold the smells. However, it is cumbersome. It doesn't open easily and it's a whole process to put in one diaper, let alone two, since you have to close it and reopen it to add the second diaper unless you want to put your hand in to push the bag, which is the only other option you have.

Personally, it serves me very well. We have it next to the changing table and we directly throw the diapers inside. The way the diapers are stored and how the bin seals protects against odors. The bin is in the room and doesn't smell at all. The only point I didn't like is the way it opens. It would be particularly convenient if it had a foot lever.

This is the second time I have purchased this product, and it was a gift for a newborn. It doesn't even smell, even if it is in a room. The replacement cassettes are a bit expensive, that's the only downside

I got it too knowing that I would never buy replacement cartridges... With carpet bags and a piece of cardboard, you can fill the cartridge you already have in 3 minutes.. Simply, if you put the whole bag, the bin doesn't work properly, so it's better to cut it in half... It needs refilling every 2-3 days... Also, I use it as a regular bin when I don't have time to fill the cartridge... It doesn't smell at all no matter how you use it.. Essential for the first 6 months, but you shouldn't throw away poop once the baby grows up. Very good purchase... 4 stars because I can't easily find carpet bags

It is perfect, it doesn't smell at all, it fits several diapers, the replacement parts are a bit expensive but for me it's worth it.. There are also patents for the bags

Indeed, the space doesn't smell, however, the bag fills up quickly and the replacements are very expensive. I wouldn't recommend it, nor would I buy it again. It's not value for money, hence the three stars. When you go to empty it, you have to put the bag inside another bag because the existing one comes out like a "mess" from diapers.

Very convenient bin, really limits odors to the maximum degree. When the bin is full, personally I chose to put the bags inside a larger garbage bag, but it is not mandatory. You can simply put the bags as they are in a garbage bin.

Nice and practical bin. But the cost of the cassette with the bag is incredibly high. I suggest doing what I do and believe me, for the past 7 months that I have been using it for the baby, I have saved a lot of money. Instead of buying cassettes and spending 30 euros (3 pieces), I go and buy storage bags for carpets from the supermarket for €0.55 per pack of two. It's just what you need. With a little patience, you can refill the existing cassette with the carpet bag (10 minutes max) and do your job.

Very good, user-friendly, seals the diapers inside, definitely needs to be emptied twice in each replacement.
The only negative thing is that the diapers come out like a mess during the change and you have to put them in another bag to throw them away, and it only takes its own replacements.
Other than that, it does what it promises.
