The Blackplus range is designed for cooking at low or medium temperatures without adding fat, helping food retain its nutritional value. It is suitable for induction, ceramic, electric and gas hobs.

Before first use, wash with hot water, liquid soap and a soft sponge, dry thoroughly, and coat with butter or oil. Do not heat the pan empty or leave it on the heat after its contents have evaporated, as continuous overheating may damage the coating.
