In seeking the therapeutic value of simplicity in everyday life, it moves into texts of spontaneous writing, thus revealing that everything is an expression of the one self and, at the same time, of all. To uncover that all values of life lie within us and are ready, in every bright glance and in every willing thought, to bloom and offer us the fruits of a new wonderful life.
By consciously using the value of simplicity in all manifestations of life, we will be able to change the way we observe and interpret the world, so that thought, speech, and action, as a clear unity, outside, if necessary, of the conventional flow of this world, can provide the most solid materials for mental and physical health.
I hope that the attempt to highlight the therapeutic value of simplicity will lead the reader to discover their own personal writing, their own personal simplicity and healing, which they, ultimately, gift to themselves daily, often without realizing it.
