Having in my possession over 20 watches, expensive but also more affordable, I have to say that the SRPD55K1 I purchased is theoretically perhaps the best value for money automatic wristwatch one can buy today. Although I bought it for €260, it looks more expensive. Very beautiful, sporty yet classic style, which can be worn with anything. With a beautiful polished curved case and a beautiful bezel, it is a watch that you enjoy looking at and wearing without the fear that expensive watches provoke.
It does not have a screw-down crown, but that doesn't mean anything. No one claimed that it is a diving watch, but with a resistance of 10 bar pressure, it meets the requirements of most people. Its 4R36 movement has a theoretical accuracy of -35+45 sec/day, but this is not confirmed in practice, at least in my watch. Theoretically, automatic watches need a little break-in period to settle, but losing 61 sec/day in a horizontal position is beyond specifications. This is the only flaw in my watch.
Note: If there is any change in the accuracy of the watch, I will update!
Update: Instead of settling, the watch is losing even more. It has been sent to the service center within the warranty period for adjustment and I am waiting for it.
Update 2: After approximately 2 months at the service center, it returned adjusted. Now it loses 4-5 sec/day, which is fully acceptable. Of course, this particular movement can be adjusted to lose almost no time if one insists. However, this requires an experienced watchmaker who will dedicate time and be rewarded accordingly, so everything is fine.

After a lot of searching, I ended up with this watch. Luckily, before I proceed to order from here, I did some market research in local stores. The black one is beautiful and indeed, as a child in another review says, the photos don't do it justice! However, even though I was ready to buy it, the store owner showed me the anniversary and limited edition of this model and it was love at first sight. White-silver dial with waffle pattern, blue outline on the hands, and blue bezel. The model for anyone who wants to take a look is SRPG47K1. It looks much more expensive than its price and it is of good quality. According to the manufacturer, its accuracy is +45s -32s/day, which I haven't tested yet. The lume is good and intense, it doesn't last long but it doesn't bother me. The bracelet is good and definitely of higher quality than the previous version. Fully satisfied with the purchase and definitely worth it due to this particular edition, which I recommend and you should look for it because it is currently not available on Scroutz.

The watch is relatively heavy, but you get used to it easily. It is thick with a tall case, but without a large dial and diameter. It is easily adjustable, has a very nice color and combinations (light rose gold frame around the hands and hour markers, matches nicely with the green). The rotating bezel, like in all left-handed diving-type watches, has the classic flaws of Seiko in its low-end models, but it is not a problem.

As for the serious negatives: the quality control done in Malaysia, where this range of watches is manufactured, is poor and does not honor the - if not top - certainly the most famous Japanese manufacturer. The model is the SRPD63K1, where K stands for Malaysia and not Japan.

1) Poor alignment of the hour markers inside the dial, as seen in the photo, the 1st, 2nd, 6th, 7th, and 8th hour markers look like I glued them onto the dial myself, which is disappointing for the brand even though it is a watch priced at 200-300€.
2) I don't feel like the crown is fastened correctly, it feels like a larger stem has been inserted for adjustment. If the gaskets and silicones have not been properly inserted, the water resistance of 100m (10atm) is compromised and the mechanism becomes a water tank...

The stainless steel bracelet, based on subjective criteria, I could say would be more beautiful if it were of the president or jubilee type, but for a watch of this range, it is satisfactory. The crystal, Seiko's classic patent, the hardlex, is something better than mineral and worse than sapphire.

I have spoken with Seiko Europe, the warranty has been correctly filled out by the seller (purchased from a store in Italy), and it is supported within the EU for 2 years. For all the above, I will take it to the Seiko dealership in Thessaloniki at the first opportunity.

The mechanism (4R36) is flawless and supports everything promised by the manufacturer.

Sturdy, this word expresses the quality of the watch.
You feel like you're wearing a good watch, but even though it's Seiko (meaning it's of good quality), it still has its little issues.
Let me start with the positives:
Lovely design (although completely subjective), I really like it, maybe I would have preferred it slightly bigger than 42mm (my wrist is 17.5cm), the dial looks much smaller, but it's suitable for smaller wrists.
The metals and their finishing (case, bezel, crown, bracelet), all impeccable.
The lume is quite good, the bezel is tight, 120 clicks with a very good sound.
The mechanism is guaranteed, with a transparent case back to see it.
And here come the negatives:
Supposedly the successor of the now discontinued skx... I don't think so... without a screw-down crown and with only 100 meters of water resistance, it doesn't even come close...
So the watch is only visually a diver...
Secondly, the bezel has a problem with aligning with the 12 o'clock... very annoying for a watch priced above €220 and with the Seiko name.
Third and most importantly, the hardlex crystal, Orient offers sapphire at this price...
€180-190 might be the ideal price it should be sold for...

It is a very impressive and high-quality watch. You can feel it in the touch and weight that it is well-made. Although it has the style of a diving watch, it is not suitable for diving. It is only water-resistant up to 100m and has a non-screw down crown. I haven't monitored its time accuracy yet, but the manufacturer claims a maximum deviation of around +~40 seconds per day. It can be wound automatically or manually with the crown. It is definitely worth its price (around 250€), although objectively some Orient watches that look very similar (e.g. Kamasu) offer better value for money. However, this watch looks considerably more expensive, easily 100-200 euros more. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Also, for a wrist size of approximately 17.8cm circumference, it seems to be an ideal size. If you have a smaller wrist (below 17cm), it might be too big. The bezel rotation is very good, neither loose nor overly tight... just right in my opinion. The lume is good, but it could be better. Lastly, the truth is that the one-dimensional photo here does not do it justice. If you are interested, watch a video on the Internet to get a much more realistic image.

Update: After one month of use, the deviation from the Atomic Clock is approximately 11 seconds per day, which I consider very good for an automatic watch at this price. I read somewhere that over time, automatic watches tend to have less and less deviation if you use them correctly and carefully, and I believe it since during the first week, it was losing around 13 seconds per day.
The only negative thing I have to mention is that the bracelet (which is of good quality but only to a certain extent) sometimes catches and pulls my hair a bit... of course, this happens occasionally when I wear it for many hours a day, and personally, it is not a significant issue.

P.S. If you also like the classic Rolex Submariner, one could say that this watch resembles it to some extent.
