EDIT 29/11/23 okay, this year I started using it and the thermostat cuts off at all 3 levels, now I don't know why other users have low ratings, for me it works fine... the thermostat set to low mainly works as a timer.
It is a very lightweight stove and can be easily moved by lifting it from the handles (using 2 hands) gently so as not to press the metal sheets, as they might start making clicking noises during expansion and contraction.

WARNING: if you need an extension cord, make sure it is 16A/3500W.
WARNING: there is no tip-over safety feature, I laid the stove completely flat and it didn't turn off, also for overheating protection, there is something like a spring on top of the large heating element, there should be double protection, the user manual doesn't mention anything about these 2 features compared to other stoves of this type that do mention them.
WARNING: on the medium and high settings, the metal sheets burn, even on the low setting, the top part burns.

The one I got needed 8-10 uses to get rid of the smell of paint.
Some screws were not fully tightened, I tried to tighten them and they stripped, however, I have never experienced expansion/contraction noises in the metal sheets and I open/close it quite frequently. Here it is perfect because these things can happen even with more expensive heaters of this type.

The fan makes a slight noise (it doesn't sound like a tractor for sure), it has a slight buzzing sound, I don't find it annoying and it does a little bit of work (2000W), it distributes the air a little better in the room, personally I rarely use it and it works well without it, it heats up the room.
Video with the sound of the fan, as well as how the thermostat makes a loud click when it shuts off, here:
    https://youtu.be/xu3zYEwvrIU
Also, the fan works with 750/1250W, but it can also be used to blow air without turning on the heating switches, just by raising the thermostat.

Tests with the bad weather Elpida.
If we start the stove from the beginning (ONLY applies to 2000W) at the 3 dots on the thermostat that I have marked in the photo, as an example:
    1st dot
3on/7off/3on/6off/3on/7off, in very cold weather (0-5C outside) it doesn't do anything, in not so cold weather it maintains the existing temperature.
    2nd dot
5on/4off/4on/4off/4on/4off, in very cold weather it maintains the temperature in the room, in not so cold weather it gradually increases it.
    3rd dot
9on/3off/8on/3off/10on/3off, in very cold weather with 2 degrees outside it gradually increases the temperature.
If I adjust the thermostat to the nearest decimal point (because it's not digital, to hit exactly the spot), around each dot, and depending on the cold, the minutes go +1/-1 on the on/off, for example, 1st dot 2on/8off/2on/9off, or 4on/12off, or 2nd dot 3on/5off/3on/5off, I am satisfied with these settings and I know that it won't work continuously during that time.
Alternatively, we raise the thermostat to the middle for 15-30 minutes depending on the cold and then gradually lower it until we hear a click to turn it off, this way it should maintain the achieved temperature.

Crash test (comparison with the much larger United UHM-877 stove that I also have reviewed).
In a 13.5 sqm room WITHOUT insulation (above 4 it smells a bit) and with the sliding door open about 40 cm...
2C outside (everything outside frozen with frost here in the village), inside 12C...
At 2000W, the thermostat almost at maximum continuously without the fan. It increases about 1 degree every 15 minutes, until the 45 minutes I tried. The 25 euro heater raises the temperature by exactly 3 degrees, just like the United UHD 877 micathermic heater that costs 70+ euros. In some cases, the Primo also reduces humidity and overall air in the room, making it feel warmer.

HOWEVER, I give it 3 stars because at 750 (1 hour and 15 minutes) & 1250W (50 minutes), the thermostat did not cut off like it does with a small oil heater or the Micathermic heater, which cuts off for 5-15 minutes at 600/900/1000W respectively. The thermostat is crucial in these electric heaters, especially for energy efficiency. In several cases here in Corfu, where it's not always freezing, the Primo covers me at 1250W even if I place it right next to me at 750W when I'm at the computer, but unfortunately, it doesn't cut off there. I have to have the Micathermic heater for the low setting.

    EDIT 21/11/22
JUST when the extreme cold went away and the room dropped to 14 degrees without heating, the thermostat cuts off at the low settings and the stars have increased.

I don't know about the consumption yet, but at the high setting, it cuts off for more minutes than the Micathermic heater (the Micathermic heater only cuts off for 3 minutes no matter the setting). The Primo is definitely better in terms of energy efficiency. If it also cut off at 1250W, it would be perfect because the consumption is even lower there, but it doesn't cut off for me.

    EDIT 21/11/22
Okay, the final bill came in May 22. From going to 100-110 euros, with the settings cutting off for 5 minutes at 2000W in extreme cold (but it required me to be very close to it and of course, it didn't make the room extremely hot), and expected to be on from the afternoon until 3 in the morning, but I managed to make it cut off frequently. The stars have increased.

    EDIT 24/1/22
With the bad weather and snow outside (yes, it reached us too) and 9 degrees Celsius inside, it used to raise the temperature by one degree every 15 minutes (with 2-5 degrees Celsius), but now it takes 20-25 minutes at the beginning of the first heating cycle in a frozen room (without a fan). It turns out it's not a problem with the heater itself, as the larger Micathermic heater UHM-877, which is also 2000W, does the same. This is the best performance I can get from a 2000W heater in my case, and it's worth it for 25 euros. Closing the door completely and using thick curtains help it perform better. It raises the temperature in 10 minutes at -2 degrees Celsius (and needless to say, if I turn off any heating, the room starts to freeze again after half an hour).

In the end, I will keep this one instead of the more expensive Micathermic heater because it cuts off for a longer period of time in the way I use it, and the bill didn't come out too expensive (end of May 22)

  • Using it a little bit in the evening last winter (not the whole winter), yesterday when I used it for the first time this year, it smelled strongly burnt, luckily I noticed it and saw that it was sparking. Having similar heaters in my possession for several years that work flawlessly, all I can say is that it is either poorly made or defective. The 1 star is given because evaluation cannot be done without any stars

Having similar heaters in my possession for several years that work flawlessly, all I can say is that it is either poorly made or defective. The 1 star is given because evaluation cannot be done without any stars

  • for the price it does the job it's medium quality and I don't know how long it will last but at the price it's perfect

  • It didn't last a year and I only used it in the winter

  • EDIT 29/11/23 okay, this year I started using it and the thermostat cuts off at all 3 levels, now I don't know why other users have low ratings, for me it works fine... the thermostat set to low mainly works as a timer.
