I have been using it for about 2 weeks, I am very satisfied as in less than 10' I straighten my hair perfectly. I should mention that I have fine hair and a bob haircut.

it's perfect, it does a professional straightening, it has full steam, I have wavy bob hair, I used it at 210 degrees with steam and they turned out perfect. as for whether it damages... all straightening methods cause damage... I didn't try curls, I don't know how to do them, when my hair gets longer I'll give it a try..

I have had it for almost 3 years, it straightens quickly and effectively, it may need a touch-up if it's very humid outside but usually I don't have a problem. I haven't seen any damage to my hair and I am completely satisfied. Just for it to work properly it needs deionized water, as it says in the instructions.

I bought it three years ago from a physical store. Although it straightens very well, from the first week of use, the metal comb unclips during straightening, resulting in it falling hot onto the body and burning you.

Now, after three years of use, the cable has broken at the end and cannot be repaired because it is fixed. I searched for a new cable which costs €28. When the price of the equivalent today is €80, I consider that €28 for the cable alone is not worth it. Once broken, it becomes useless.

I had it for 4 months and it broke in my hands! Yes, it straightens the hair but I do not recommend it, this is the second time I am buying it, the first one stopped working!

I have had it for over 4 years. Having used many straighteners since I have been straightening my hair for a lifetime, I am very satisfied. It has a lasting effect (if there is a lot of humidity, it may need refreshing the next day) and causes the least damage compared to what I have tried. If it breaks, I will buy the same one again. Personally, it gives me the same result as the steam pod.

I am not very satisfied with the product. It frizzes my hair and I need three refills in the water tank to straighten my hair which reaches down to my shoulders. Additionally, I think it damages the hair.

Top hair straightener. Heats up quickly and straightens my hair very easily and quickly even though I have a lot of hair and split ends. It's worth its money!!!

Very good product, I haven't had it for long but I know for sure that I won't go to the hair salon again for straightening because the result is like from a salon! The hair after straightening is "stuck" and it lasts quite a while. Always remember to use demineralized water and not tap water, and always refill the container when the water runs out because I made that mistake! Also, the comb should always be on top to detangle the section that will be straightened. However, it definitely damages the hair to some extent.

Very good, easy to use makes the hair so straight that it looks like extensions. It straightens quickly (15-20 minutes) even the curliest hair and lasts 4 to 5 days in summer with heat and humidity. I use distilled water from the supermarket and Ossis Tame Wild for heat protection and straightening. My color is Garnier Olia 9.0 for anyone interested.

I don't have the press myself, but recently a hairdresser straightened my hair with this press and I was shocked. I have never seen my hair so shiny, soft, and smooth. It is truly wonderful, and I have straightened my hair with many presses before, but the result is incomparable. It is unique!

Very good, I used the steam pod for 4 years but it broke and I decided to buy this one and I have exactly the same result. I have frizzy and unruly hair and only with the steam pod did I have results and I had some reservations before buying it but in the end I made a very good choice, combined with the steam pod cream it gives me exactly the same result and my hair stays without frizz

I fell in love with it, in combination with the steam pod cream of course and silk afterwards it is amazing. The hair appears thicker while it is actually very thin... I don't know if it resembles the steam pod, but for me, it has an awesome result... it slightly damages the ends, but I consider it normal... I recommend it 100%

I have frizzy and thin hair. I use it at 190°C and so far the result is amazing. The hair becomes "pin-straight", smooth and shiny, it looks healthy and the result lasts for days. The only thing that requires attention is that the part of the iron that has the steam icons should always, always "face" towards the ends of the hair. Otherwise, the hot plates will pass first and then the steam, resulting in wetting and a bad outcome. It is good to combine it with a protection product because it slightly damages the ends, as any heat process does. I would definitely recommend it.

Really the worst! No relation to what it describes it does! I have been using the steam pod for 3 years and it broke the water tank and I bought demelis to try! NO RELATIONSHIP!! My hair became fluffy and wild! It's not worth its money, really!! I have been using the steam pod for 3 years and my hair was always soft, healthy, and shiny!! I'm really sorry for this purchase!!!
