Mortas's Children is an action RPG with a dishonorable approach to character development, where you don’t play a single character - but an entire exceptional family of heroes. The game offers hack'n'slash against hordes of enemies in dungeons, caves, and procedurally generated areas, leading the Bergson family, with all their flaws and virtues, against the impending corruption.

Story:

The story takes place in a distant land but deals with themes and emotions common to all: love and hope, desire and uncertainty, ultimately loss... and the sacrifice we are willing to make to save those we love most. It is a family of heroes standing against the dark invader.

Dungeons:

All the game’s dungeons are procedurally generated, meaning their appearance is different in every adventure. There are two to four levels in each dungeon, with a unique boss fight at the end. It is possible to return to previous dungeons to gain extra XP or complete all side quests.

Characters and abilities:

Ranged attacks, magical spells, traps, healing, passive evasion, and skills – all are there to discover, unlock, and upgrade. You can choose from seven different family members, each with unique abilities. The father, John – a protective warrior with sword and shield. The eldest daughter, Linda – a precise archer. Kevin, a quiet fighter equipped with deadly daggers. Lucy – a bold and dynamic fire. Mark – a fighter with martial arts knowledge. Joey – who shakes his enemies with power. And the latest addition to the family – Apan, a powerful healer and steadfast defender.
