Description

Ultimately, the best gift you can give your child is to… leave them alone. First, find it between the two of you: the dad and the mom. Don't push the child; they will react.

Speak to them softly so they can listen with their heart. The heart is the child's "ears." Even your silence, when infused with wisdom, radiates waves of love that reach their target.

Look past the nerves and anger of your unruly child and see the soul that is being tested, that is growing, that is searching and pondering everything. Learn to see "deeply". Behind quarrels, discern their fears. Behind insults and screams, their loneliness. Behind the erratic "appearance," their inner beauty.

Mom, dad, let your child step onto the sacred ground of your heart, not to settle there forever, but to spread their wings, gain momentum, and fly.

I admire you and bow before you, kissing your sacred hands that hold within them the purest piece of our planet. And I sincerely wish that all the beautiful and beneficial things come into your life and home.

You are the most worthy parent. You. Believe it. And live it!

Ultimately, the nicest gift you can give your child is to… leave them alone. First and foremost, find yourselves: the dad and the mom. Don’t pressure the child, they will react. Speak to them gently, so they listen with their heart. The heart is the child's "ears." Even your silence, when filled with wisdom, emits waves of love that reach their target. Bypass the nerves and anger of your unruly child and see their soul that is being tested, growing, searching, and worrying about everything. Learn to see "deeply." Behind fights, discern their fears. Behind swearing and shouting, their loneliness. Behind the erratic "appearance," their inner beauty. Mom, dad, let your child step onto the sacred ground of your heart, not to camp there forever, but to spread their wings, gain momentum, and fly.

I admire you and bow before you, and kiss your sacred hands that hold within them the purest part of our planet. And I sincerely wish that all the beautiful and beneficial things come into your life and home. You are the most worthy parent. You. Believe it. And live it!

I bought this book after reading the good reviews. I wasn't impressed! It constantly talks about religion and priests, and it bored me a lot. Then I realized that the author himself was a priest. I have read much better books of this genre

Perfect really!!! It is not only for parents, children, educators. It is a self-improvement book for everyone!! Very accurate observations about various problems in families, and nice advice. Unique writing style. Simple and enjoyable to read!!
In the same category and also a fantastic book, "The Challenges of Marriage," by the same author.
