It is very effective. It did a great job with the dry scalp and the cradle cap in combination with the cradle cap oil from helenvita. On the 2nd day of application, the cradle cap was completely gone (first oil that stayed for 1 hour & then washing with mustela)

The best I have tried so far for my son with atopic skin. The equivalent of another brand made no difference to his skin, even though many people are very satisfied. Obviously, it has to do with each person's skin. This particular one has worked wonders in our case.

I didn't see any significant difference in my baby's dry skin. It doesn't foam at all. I used it in combination with the corresponding moisturizing lotion (emollient cream), but I wasn't satisfied. I'll have to find something else.
