All good and nice, most people have written about it and the points about build quality, key feel, and being quiet are valid. It is sturdy but also heavy.

There are two main issues, which is why it loses 1 point. 1) The automatic backlighting of the keys is not customizable, so you cannot adjust it to have a longer timeout before it turns off. This can be annoying (depending on individual sensitivities) or even dysfunctional depending on the lighting of the room. You stop typing, without taking your hands off, to think about what you will write, and the backlight turns off in 5 seconds. Additionally, it doesn't turn on as quickly as I would like, and it's not always enough to pass your hand over it to turn it on - in short, sometimes I have to wait for it to light up before pressing the first key. Considering its price, I consider it a bit of a fail.
2) The above is compounded by the fact that if the keys are not lit, it is not easy to see which character they have, the glyphs are very dark. Trying to have the backlight off was a bit difficult for me, so I rejected it. I won't be tilting my head to see from which angle they can be read!

Maybe the above will improve when I get used to it 100% (it's not exactly the same layout as other Logitech keyboards) and I will know where each key is by heart. You have to sit down and work to feel these issues, not just do unboxing + setup.

However, on Reddit, one can read many complaints about the backlight and the lack of time adjustment, with the characteristic absence of useful answers from Logitech. Until a new version S of the keyboard was finally released (June 2023), the only difference it has is this setting!

Tip: If you have it connected via USB, the timeout is much longer and definitely more tolerable!

I must have changed countless keyboards of all sizes by now, from €10 membrane ones to €100+ gaming RGB ones. So far, I have singled out two: the Keychron K4 and this one.

I bought it together with the MX Master 3s. I have been using it for 6 months at work, 8 hours a day. After all this use, we can say:

1) Unmatched build quality, as it is entirely made of high-quality aluminum.
2) Fast, comfortable, and quiet typing, even in low-light conditions thanks to the excellent backlight that activates when the hand approaches the keyboard.
3) Under this use of 160 hours per month, it only needs to be charged once every 30 days (*with backlight not always on).
4) No disconnection on any device I have connected it to, both with the unifying receiver and Bluetooth.
5) Huge convenience with Logitech Flow, as I can control 2 computers with a keyboard and mouse combination by simply dragging the cursor from the company desktop to the laptop and vice versa.
6) Discreet business appearance that fits perfectly in a company environment.

I have nothing else to say. It may be relatively expensive, but it is an investment for the modern professional and beyond. Invest fearlessly, you will not regret it.

Divided into sections:

For those who type with the Blind System: The keyboard is a compact size click, and completely low profile. If you come from a high-profile full-size keyboard, like myself, you will face an alpha adaptation time. The position where you rest your palms is slightly different. It took me about 9-10 days to start typing at the same speed as my previous keyboard. Or my hands don't get tired (they were tired for the first two days).

Someone below writes that it is "plastic". I am surprised that someone lifted this object and found it plastic. The keyboard is a single metal plate. 820 grams total weight! It has a plastic cover underneath. I thought it was (also) portable, but you can't call it "portable" when you hold it. It can be carried, but one realizes that along with a laptop in the bag, the weight becomes significant for carrying it for hours. Of course, on the other hand, this is good for desktop use because the keyboard sits firmly on the desk. It doesn't move from its position.

The feeling on the keys is unique, it makes you want to write! This hollow they have made on the keys is very convenient for the blind system, and all keyboards should be like this. I wanted it for the Macbook Pro, personally I played a bit with the "Apple Magic Keyboard" (note: I think this is the target group Logitech was targeting when they released this MX series) I believe this one has a much better feel when typing. Of course, these are personal preferences, but I think it has a smoother texture. Apple's keyboard seemed more "dry" to me. Besides, it seemed very expensive to me, with 190 euros (!) for the black one I wanted. (The white one will become useless in 6 months).

It connected to the laptop via Bluetooth smoothly in a few seconds.

It has a sensor that lights up the backlight of the keys when you approach your hands. I didn't know that before I got it, it's a nice gimmick. Of course, I have the backlight turned off, it doesn't suit me as a person. For those who want it, it has a nice cool white backlight.

Of course, you know that backlighting drains the battery. Without backlighting, I charged it about 20 days ago and it still works. With the backlight on, I don't know how long it lasts. Definitely much less.

It has some noise, it's not completely silent, but it reminds me a lot of the "click-click" of Apple keyboards. Definitely much lower noise than high-profile classic keyboards.

Regarding aesthetics, which is beautiful on the desk, it doesn't concern me that much. I pay for practicality and durability, not for beauty. It seems to have both.

The arm rest is not necessary for me, but it should have been included in the package at this price point. The fact that they sell it for an extra 20 euros, I will leave it uncommented...

Regarding the price, I bought it for 120 euros (with a discount) and now I see it is priced at 102 euros (without a discount). A more reasonable price. 90-100 would have been a bit more reasonable considering the build quality, as you can feel that the keyboard is made like a tank. The friend who says below that he bought an HP keyboard of the same quality for 20 euros should write where he got it so we can all get four. From the market research I have done, there is no such solid metal keyboard that plays below 70-75 euros. And those are for brands like Satechi.

Let's start with the basics: it's an amazing keyboard, perhaps the best I've ever used in the 30 years I've been using keyboards.

BUT:

Logitech decided not to bring the regular US version to Europe, but we have a "US INT" version that has a small left shift and enter key that takes up 2 lines. Unfortunately, it's called US INT and it's confusing.

Greek keyboards usually follow the ANSI layout, which is the same as the American one.

They also changed the size of the ESC key and moved all the F keys slightly to the right. There are no gaps between the F keys.

As if that wasn't enough, at the end of the F keys they added a useless Volume UP key, to the right of F12. RIP to all the web devs who press F12 100 times a day, now we'll be increasing the volume.

The print screen/scroll lock keys have been moved from their position and replaced with computer switch keys.

The options key has disappeared and is not next to the right ALT key anymore, its place has been taken by the Fn key.

Overall:

- Yes, it's the best keyboard I've ever used.
- It's quite silent.
- The US INT version is not US!
- No, it's not worth 105€, and certainly not worth 125€ for the (small) palm rest [your wrist still rests on the desk and you're -20€].
- All of the above are enough reasons not to buy it, and I wish I knew them before.
- If it came in a tenkeyless version, it would be great (however, I didn't deduct a star for this, I knew it before I bought it)

Good construction, but I already have an HP wireless keyboard with a metal construction and exactly the same key feel that I bought for 20 euros. So you're paying a premium for the lighting and the ability to use it with three different devices, which was the main reason I bought it since I work with two computers simultaneously (note: I also have the MX Master mouse, which at 70 euros doesn't support the flow function and I had to use other software besides Logitech's).

For me, the keys don't have the right size and distance between them, which makes you press the adjacent ones, especially at the beginning when you first use it. The latter, of course, is something you get used to after a few hours of use, but still. Overall, it's an overpriced product that you can definitely find another one with lower price and without compromising on quality.

Note: Anyone who says they've never seen a keyboard like this before is probably using their first one. I've been a professional for 25 years and have been typing on a computer since 1988 on an IBM PC

It is by far the best keyboard I have ever worked with. The keys have an incredible feel, they light up as soon as you touch them - without having to press them, so it doesn't consume battery while on standby. The battery also lasts for over 2 weeks with normal use. You can connect up to 3 devices simultaneously (not necessarily PCs - personally I have 2 PCs and my mobile) and switch between them with the press of a button.

It is quiet, metallic, and heavy, generally like a keyboard, but even this provides comfort because even if you don't press it 100% correctly (e.g. you press it on top of a book, etc.) it remains stable for typing. It is very comfortable to use, even for hours.

I have even used it for light gaming (personally, I am completely satisfied even in this use) although it is not intended for such use and if someone is looking purely for a gaming keyboard, this particular model is definitely not the ideal solution.

In summary, I am completely satisfied, I think it is worth the money and more, it looks like a very high-quality construction (I haven't had it for more than 3 months to judge it in depth over time of course) and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Very nice feeling on the keys. The little bumps on the keys help the finger find its target. If you also know a good blind system, then the experience is elevated! Also, it is well-made with good quality plastic. The lighting is minimal and relaxing. I believe every keyboard should have lighting nowadays.

It is very practical that it can be connected to up to 3 devices simultaneously. So, if you have a desktop, laptop, and need to use them at the same time, then it's very convenient (even for mobile). The shortcut keys are in a convenient location. There are shortcuts for calculator, print screen, right-click, and PC lock. Of course, through the Logi Options application (which you can download from the Logitech website), you can assign a completely different function to each of these keys (as well as for the function keys F1 to F12). For example, I set the print screen button to "open" the sniping tool instead of just taking a simple print screen of the screen, because it's more convenient for me to select the part of the screen that will be captured. Also, with the "right-click - menu" button, I chose to open the Windows Explorer. Everyone can customize it as they like.

Regarding the wrist rest, it's actually good to have it even on a low-profile keyboard like this. I tried to type a little without it, this review, and it felt uncomfortable.

It's a bit expensive in general, so someone who just wants a keyboard won't buy it. Someone who wants a premium touch experience and a durable low-profile keyboard of a good brand, quiet and relaxing to type on, will buy it.

I recommend having the correct posture in the chair so that the typing experience is elevated.
