    It definitely works! It creates a tingling/numbness sensation on the forehead and hands (at first it was also in the legs), which is a bit strange, you think something is happening here now... It helped me a lot with my weight training program. I felt that after an hour of intense training I could do another one! It definitely doesn't work the same for everyone and you definitely don't want coffee after taking it.... Avoid taking it late in the afternoon, I did it once and I couldn't sleep at all.

    I take a single dose before my daily track training and races, and I can say that it has helped me to a great extent. It is perfect for someone who has no experience with supplements (like myself) and is trying it for the first time. I would highly recommend it over something stronger for advanced users like Curse.

    The flavor (Strawberry Margarita) is amazing, making it very enjoyable at any temperature and when consumed.

    Update: During winter training, which is not as intense, I take less than half a scoop and it still does an amazing job even at half the amount.
