Product Features

  • Material: ABS
  • Color: Blue

Usage:

Use the magnetizer to magnetize the tip of the screwdriver so that screws stick to the tip. Magnetize the tip by pushing the tip and shaft of the screwdriver through the opening of the magnetizer marked with +. The tip of the screwdriver will be magnetized immediately.

The tip can be demagnetized by pushing the tip and shaft into the opening of the magnetizer marked with - and lightly rubbing the interior wall of the opening.

The duration of magnetization depends on the area of use. If a magnetized screwdriver is used in a room where the lines of the magnetic field are stronger (e.g., electrical panel), the tip demagnetizes faster. In a normal environment, magnetization lasts longer.

The magnetizer is used for securing screws with screwdrivers, where the screw cannot be aligned directly with the hole but can be placed inside the hole.
