Cleaver

The cleaver is an excellent tool for any cook, professional or not. Thanks to its wide blade, you will be able to chop your meats and cut small bones from fish and poultry, tendons, and tough tissues.

Blade Material

It is made of stainless steel, a popular material for knives, it is particularly durable and does not corrode. It is a combination of carbon and iron as a base, and chromium is added to repel stains and give the blade a shiny finish.

Handle

The handle is made of durable synthetic material which offers durability, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Cutting board

It is recommended to make cuts on wooden or plastic cutting surfaces. Glass, stone, and marble cutting surfaces are unsuitable as they can cause permanent damage to the knife blades.

Cleaning

Wash the knife with warm water before using it for the first time. After each use, make sure to wash the knife without delay (with a simple detergent) and dry it with a soft cloth. Especially if you have cut acidic foods, you must wash the knife immediately after use.

For your safety, you should always wipe the knife away from your body and away from the edge, with a cloth or towel.

    I bought it for €40.07 to chop pieces with bones at home.
    Its weight is heavy at 1230 grams and it is very well sharpened (clean cut on thin paper)... I believed that knives of this type are mainly for bones, but they actually handle all the heavy work.
    It has not been tested over a long period of time, but as far as ICEL knives I have bought, they are excellent knives at very good prices. I will update if I have any news.
