    The battery doesn't last and it doesn't suck up anything. I sweep with the regular broom with the handle and then use this one to suck up whatever I collect, only using the handheld part and not its handle. Very expensive, supposedly a good brand, and it's not worth it at all. The service is terrible so far. I will try to take it to service again.

    The worst purchase I ever made. 360€ plus an extra charger for 110€ and an extra battery for 100€. I was sure that with two batteries and the charger, it would easily cover the 130 square meters of my house. Oh no!! It doesn't even pick up a speck of dust unless you lift the brush and place it directly on top of it and it's on turbo mode. Furthermore, a year later, each fully charged battery lasts only one and a half minutes at most!!! The most it can do is clean one room, and that's if you run around like crazy. Disgraceful.
