After 3 years of professional use, I present the following. The machine is incredibly powerful and amazing in battery life. It cuts very deep and well. Especially for outlines and beards with zero, it leaves nothing. However, the company needs to consider the following. I changed the blade after 2 years; it didn't cut like the factory one. I don't know why. I got a second one, the same issue. I repeat, it cut, but not like the one that came with it. Also, it is inconceivable that the material of this blade, I mean the metal, can injure the customer. A brand new blade was scratching the neck. Behind the ears, it cut to the point of bleeding. I have a Moser T-Cut, also a metal blade. If the Babyliss breaks, I will get another Moser. It doesn't cut as deep, but it's better than injuring the customer. I find it unacceptable at 150 euros for the machine and about 40 for the blade.

Guys, professional use for two years now, it is incredible but it cuts so strongly that it causes injuries, it is a general phenomenon.

Buy nice or buy twice as the English say.. It costs 150€ but the machine cuts like a hedge trimmer for bushes. Comfortable to hold. It cuts with exceptional precision and ease.
It has almost zero cutting depth out of the box, although you will find an accessory in the extras to bring the trimmer blade to an even more zero gap condition. Unfortunately, however, it's not all positive. In my experience, it doesn't give a clean cut without the blade "heating up" and personally, for 150€, I consider it a total fail. It's worth noting that it can tolerate the temperature it reaches and overall you can continue cutting, but regardless, it's not justified.

With basic maintenance (cleaning and a little oil) it remains like new.

Important tip: Sometimes it may "jam" from hair in the blades and not turn on. Just turn it off, manually move the blade left–right and try again. It always works — it has happened to me 4 times in 5 years.
