I am really surprised by those who say it did nothing for them. It is the only thing that helps me with back and neck pain, I have even recovered from a migraine. It needs to be used with warm water to activate the heating factor and after about 10 minutes the sensation starts with a slight burning and maybe some itching. As with magnesium spray, this sensation shows that the product is working in the 'problematic' areas.
It is better to apply it at night so that the area warms up more during sleep.

Having tried the product several times over the period, I can say that more or less all the reviews that have been written are true, both the good and the bad. The first few times I used it I felt the itching sensation and the burning that lasts for one or two hours. The itching was annoying but bearable for me and it did its job as far as the pain is concerned. However, the last few times I have wet and used it, it does not heat up and does nothing special. When I applied it without wetting it with lukewarm water, everything was fine with some, let's say, positive results on the pain I had. When I wet it and applied it again after 2 days, I had an incredible tingling sensation and I didn't feel any warmth at all. I took it off after 20 minutes and felt relieved. I placed it on my stomach for period pain. It immediately started to heat up and within a few minutes, I had intense itching and burning in the entire area. I kept it on for about 20 minutes, but the situation was unbearable. After removing it, I cleaned the skin with water and calmed down. Perhaps some of the substances in it bothered me. The instructions are strange, you have to wet it before applying it. Therefore, you don't know if you have done it correctly, because the final result was not what I expected.

I bought it for back pain. You take it out of its packaging and instantly immerse it in warm water to activate the heating element. Indeed, for the first 20 minutes, you feel a mild heating effect which diminishes over time. However, I noticed that if it is applied before sleep due to prolonged contact with the mattress, it lasts much longer. I would recommend it as a light thermorelaxant for moderate pain

Very good. I can cut it as I want and place it anywhere on the body. Very warming. It helped me with period pains.

It does absolutely nothing.... No heating factor is activated with water (according to the instructions for use). The pain does not go away...
