The Fanvil X7 wired IP phone features a 7-inch color touchscreen with a resolution of 1,024 x 600 and supports 20 SIP lines. It can receive video calls at resolutions up to 1080p and supports audio conferences with 3 or 6 participants, depending on the version.

The phone supports HD Audio, the G.722 and Opus wideband codecs, as well as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity via a USB dongle. It features DSS keys, a phonebook and call history, while its Ethernet networking supports speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbps. It supports PoE and EHS headset connectivity.
