    When I don't apply moisturizer, it doesn't spread at all, but when I do apply moisturizer, the product becomes clumpy on my fingers. While they told me it offers hours of coverage, it starts to break within an hour max. It simply never helped me with the issue I had (my shirts get ruined by the foundation in the neck area)
