General Usage/Maintenance Instructions for Cookware

• Before using the product for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, and clean it with water and soap.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
• The use of spray oil is not recommended as it may burn at low temperatures.
• Select the correct burner size relative to the diameter of the cookware.
• Use the cookware on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
• Do not cook fatty foods to the point of burning.
• Avoid sharp tools and cut outside the cookware.
• Store the cookware carefully to maintain the non-stick coating.
• Cookware with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
• Check the handles before use and tighten them if necessary.
• Hand washing with a sponge and liquid detergent is recommended.
• If using a dishwasher, choose mild detergents and economical cycles.
• Aluminum cookware should not be washed in a dishwasher.
• Avoid using abrasive and corrosive cleaners.
• Rub the pan with a little oil after washing.
• Attention: Do not overheat the cookware when empty.
• Do not leave the cookware unattended during cooking.
• Allow the cookware to cool before cleaning it.
• Use protective gloves during cleaning.
• Remove the cookware from the heat source in case of excessive heating.
• Avoid sliding the cookware over a ceramic hob.
• Ensure that the base of the cookware and the hob surface are clean before cooking.
