General use/maintenance instructions:

• Before use, remove all labels and clean with water and soap.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
• Use the utensil on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
• Never cook fatty foods to the extent that they burn.
• Use wooden, plastic, or silicone cooking utensils.
• Clean the pan with a sponge and liquid dish detergent or wash in the dishwasher with mild detergents.
• Do not use abrasive and corrosive products.
• Allow the utensil to cool before cleaning it.
