It does not have lithium batteries as I read above in the comments, nor does it have a micro USB plug. It has a type C plug, and the 800lm is not at all bright. I have a flashlight with 250lm and it has twice the amount of light

Very powerful light. Lightweight. A big advantage is that it charges with a micro USB, so you save money on batteries. It sits very well on the head. You can adjust the focus positions of the lens. It has three intensity settings in white light, maximum, normal, and flashing. Also, by pressing the button for 3 seconds, it lights up in red light in normal and flashing (not maximum). I use it for walks with my dog because where I live, there is no external lighting in the area after the evening. It comes with a micro USB cable (I charge it with my mobile charger) and user instructions, according to which full charging takes 2.5 hours and autonomy is 4 to 20 hours (I haven't tested it yet). I have no opinion on durability in terms of drops and water (yet). Compared to a more expensive flashlight I had, I am quite satisfied with the light intensity and how it sits on my head.
