For its price, it's rubbish. I bought it because I saw in the comments that people say it doesn't slip, but they must be doing a different kind of exercise. You can't do downward dog properly, your palms slip (and I didn't even try it with sweaty palms). Same quality as 10€ mats from a well-known department store. I mention this in case someone else is looking for yoga, unfortunately it doesn't work.

Κάτω σκύλο δεν μπορείς να κάνεις σωστα, γλιστράνε οι παλάμες σου (και δεν το δοκίμασα καν με ιδρωμένες παλάμες) . Ίδια ποιότητα με στρώματα 10€ γνωστού πολυκαταστήματος. Το αναφέρω σε περίπτωση που ψάχνει και άλλος για yoga, δυστυχώς δεν κάνει.
