SOS!!! Unfortunately, the product is not what it seems in the photo. Check the photo in my link to understand. https://imgur.com/a/Q4V4fP7
Read the negatives to understand better!
    --------------------------------------------------
First of all, we need to clarify some things for users who don't know what this product is and what it is used for. Stainless steel cookware can be used in the kitchen for various preparations. From sautéing, browning meats, baking in the oven, and even boiling certain ingredients. They are not non-stick and they will never be! For me, it is the number one pan that everyone should have. Let's see in detail.
    -----------------------------------------------
    Positives:
-Stainless steel and healthy to use. (Non-stick coatings release substances at high temperatures..)
-Good diameter of 28cm. I would have liked it to be 30cm but it is not available anywhere, then you go to 32 which is too much.
-Sturdy construction that means it retains heat (like cast iron). This means it gives a nice color to meats on both sides, which usually the temperature has already dropped in regular pans before you can give color to the other side.
-Deep bottom of 5.5cm, you can make sauces, you can even boil.
-With a little wire, anything that has stuck comes off easily.
-Always add a fatty substance before doing anything in it, sautéing, roasting meat. If you want to make a sauce or boil, you're good to go. I'm just saying this because the food STICKS to the bottom, and that's the essence of being able to reach a good temperature, give color, and with a deglaze, for example, with wine, to remove anything that has stuck to the bottom and make a quick sauce.

    Negatives:
-Very long handle, 39cm. It doesn't fit in my oven.
-It is quite heavy, around 2.5-3kg.
-Wrong photo of the product exists on the internet and I have a different product.
