General usage/maintenance instructions for Cookware:

• Before using the product for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, clean it with water and soap, boil a small amount of water, let it cool, and then dry it thoroughly.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
• It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in non-stick cookware. The use of "spray oil" is not recommended. The layer of oil created by the spray is so thin that it will burn at very low temperatures.
• Select the correct size of the hob that is closest to the diameter of the utensil and center the utensil over the heat source.
• Induction hob utensils should be placed on the correct hob based on their diameter.
• It is recommended to use the cookware on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
• Never grill fatty foods to the point where they burn and blacken.
• Never use sharp cooking utensils and do not cut inside the utensil. It is recommended to use wooden, plastic, and silicone cooking tools.
• Carefully store the utensil to preserve the intact interior non-stick coating.
• Utensils with plastic handles should NOT be used in the oven.
• Ensure that the handles on the utensil and lid are secure and well-fastened before use.

Cleaning:

• Hand washing with a sponge and dishwashing liquid is recommended.
• If you use a dishwasher, we recommend using mild detergents and selecting economical cycles at moderate temperatures.
• The use of the dishwasher will not affect performance but may discolor the utensil.
• For uncoated exterior utensils, the use of the dishwasher accelerates the oxidation process.
• Aluminum utensils should NOT be washed in the dishwasher.
• Do not use abrasive and corrosive products, powdered cleaners, or oven cleaning products.
• We recommend rubbing the pan with a few drops of oil after each wash.

Caution:

• The utensil must not be overheated when empty.
• Never leave the utensil unattended during cooking.
• Allow it to cool before cleaning.
• It is preferable to use protective gloves for safe cleaning.
• Avoid sliding cookware over a ceramic hob.
• Before starting to cook, ensure that the base of your cooking utensils and the hob surface are clean, without food or fatty residue.
