Inspired by the layout commonly found in arcade sticks, the buttons of the Razer Raion are placed at an optimal distance to provide you with faster access to your commands.

With two extra buttons compared to your average gamepad, the fightpad offers a greater number of options that cover both the typical and the "claw" grip style. Whether you use your thumb or your fingers for these buttons, the benefits are equally clear.


The buttons of this gaming controller are slightly larger than the industry standard, which means there is less chance of missing a hit because they are easier to hit. 

Every press you make is also instantaneous thanks to the extremely fast activation of the Razer yellow switches. Designed to have an incredible lifespan of 80 million presses, this industry-leading standard has been tested and proven many times on Razer's famous keyboards.

    The DPAD reminds more of an Arcade Stick than a Dualshock 4 and Hori FC. I didn't have a problem with execution in combos but you can tell that it has a lot of pretravel until the switch is pressed, just like arcade sticks. The good thing about this is that the execution is more flexible. My only complaint is that it is a bit slow.

    I have it for about a month so I'm not sure how long it will last. So far, I am very satisfied. I use it for Tekken 7 and GG Strive. I would never pay 100 euros for it because it's not worth it, but for the 52 euros I got it, it's fine. The dpad takes some getting used to and may give you trouble with certain inputs. It definitely requires a light touch. Now, as for the person who says it doesn't have an analog stick and can't play Tekken, I think anyone who has even a little idea about fighting games will simply ignore them. The controller for 50 euros, and for someone who understands what they're buying, it's fine. It depends on how long it will last.
