High durability professional cooking pan with non-stick coating on the inside. Suitable for all stoves - except induction.
General use/maintenance instructions for Cookware:
- Remove labels and stickers before first use, clean with water and soap, boil a small amount of water, allow to cool, and dry carefully.
- Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
- Do not use "spray oil" for cooking as it may damage the non-stick properties.
- Select the correct stove size and center the cookware over the heat source.
- Use the cookware on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
- Do not cook fatty foods to the point that they burn.
- Use cooking tools made of wood, plastic, or silicone.
- Carefully store the cookware to maintain the non-stick coating.
- Cookware with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
- Check handles before use and tighten if necessary.
Cleaning:
- Hand washing with a sponge and dish detergent is recommended.
- If using a dishwasher, choose eco cycles at moderate temperature.
- Dishwasher use does not affect performance but may discolor the cookware.
- Aluminum cookware should not be washed in a dishwasher.
- Do not use abrasive and corrosive products.
- Rub the pan with a few drops of oil after each wash.
Attention:
- Do not overheat the cookware when empty.
- Do not leave the cookware unattended during cooking.
- Allow the cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Use protective gloves during cleaning.
- Remove the cookware from the heat source if it overheats.
- Avoid sliding the cookware over a ceramic stove.
- Ensure that the base of the cookware and the stove surface are clean before cooking.
