The only good thing about it is its price and that it doesn't cause bloating in the stomach. However, it leaves a chalky texture in the mouth and a terrible aftertaste (I've tried it with water and with milk). As for flavors, I got the chocolate one, which is the most tasteless of all the others I've tried on the market. In my opinion, spend a bit more to get one you'll actually enjoy.

Very good quality, it doesn't sit heavy on the stomach and has a nice taste (I tried chocolate). Just make sure to add more water than indicated (subjective, but generally it's thick)

As for the materials and composition, I can't judge; that's the job of chemical laboratories. There are checks to prove it, so I believe it is exactly what it claims to be. In terms of ratios, nutritional value, and ingredients, it is just right. Good ratios, you can use it however you want. The taste, for my personal preferences, I don't like. It reminded me of a vegan pea from another company. Generally, though, taste is a subjective factor... someone else might love it. It dissolves easily even in a shaker. Economical for its price

Years in the fitness space and having tried many proteins (on, my protein, prozis, biotech usa), this is the worst in many ways. Firstly, its taste is mediocre to bad, bland, and has a poor texture. I use it in oatmeal, yogurt, and shaker with water. It also leaves a bad taste in the mouth and the WORST of all, with extreme bloating in the stomach (and its consequences…). I do not recommend it to anyone. Better to try from other big companies I mentioned earlier or give a chance to their iso.

1. The solubility is not bad. I'd say it's average to good, 6/10.
2. The taste is average, but it leaves a burning sensation in the throat, so obviously, it's not of good quality, 3/10.
3. It doesn't remind me of whey protein at all! It resembles more like soy or pea protein!!! A lab test should be done, but it doesn't convince me AT ALL! The texture on the palate is a clear criterion for everyone who has tried some of the consistently serious Whey Concentrates, like the European ones from Nutrend, Body Attack, the English ones from MyProtein, Immortal, the American ones from Optimum Nutrition, Muscletech, Universal/Animal, and Dymatize! Let me not mention other smaller companies that are decent, very honest, but simply fall short in secondary aspects. Obviously, to lower the production cost, they chose lower quality raw materials! 3/10

Stay away. If you want Greek protein, you can find better elsewhere. Almost all Greek brands are better for a Concentrate

I've been taking this protein for 2 years and I have absolutely no issues with anything.
It dissolves easily in water at 300ml, it leaves no residue at the bottom, and if you use less water, it has a stronger flavor like the chocolate which is the specific one.
You can use it in yogurt or in a cake besides water/milk!!!

One of the nicest and most powerful formulas on the market. With a very nice taste and without any hassle to mix with milk. I have tried it with water and with yogurt and it had the same perfect result.

The taste of it (chocolate) is tragic.
Its solubility is good.
It doesn't make me bloated.
However, what worries me is the feeling it leaves in your mouth, like you're eating flour. It makes me think if they're really selling us flour...
I hope it at least works.

Good evening! Personally, having tried other flavors like vanilla and trying this one in vanilla cookie flavor, I have to say that the taste is not nice at all and compared to others, this one is inferior... I wouldn't buy it again...

I have tried protein that dissolves more easily, the chocolate flavor is quite strange at first but you get used to it. I drink it with almond milk.

4 stars because I haven't tried any other. Comfortably covers at least one snack, I got the cappuccino-caramel flavor and it's great with water and ice, and even better in a smoothie with bananas or other fruits. I would recommend it!

Quite good, it dissolves easily in milk or yogurt and comes in a large package. I was initially put off by its taste, I would say it's like cappuccino salted caramel.

For the price compared to other proteins, it is simply incomparable. Yes, it is a concentrate, but it provides good amounts of BCAAs and the protein content is very good. I feel a little bloated for about half an hour after drinking it, but I find it reasonable. It is worth its money.

I went to play it safe with a chocolate flavor, which is always nice. Well, it's the worst thing I have ever tasted. The chocolate flavor has nothing to do with chocolate and it doesn't dissolve. It's like drinking a bitter, horrible black thing. 40 euros wasted. I don't know about the other flavors, but stay away from the chocolate.
