I went to a technician and asked for 4 front and rear speakers to replace the original ones with aftermarket ones for better sound quality. He suggested these ones, so I said okay, you know best, put these in. I must emphasize that my knowledge in sound matters is non-existent. I asked for a clean sound without distortions as much as possible when I increase the volume. As soon as he installed them and made some adjustments, to be honest, it wasn't what I expected. Maybe there was some improvement in the sound, but I paid 400€ and I expected more. In conclusion, I want to say that because I don't know how to analyze technical terms and I am a layperson in this matter, the result for the money I spent is rather disappointing. However, since I see that the speakers are of good quality as a brand, I give them 4 stars because I didn't get what I expected, not because I don't think they are good speakers. I'm just sharing my experience.

I bought the speaker eagerly, as it is the only one I know with an uncompressed paper woofer. I have been involved in Hi End home audio for decades. My paper speakers gave me the most authentic-natural sound. The result of installation was disappointing, especially in the low frequencies! Specifically, the speaker is wonderful with excellent mid-high frequencies, three-dimensional sound, very good resolution, but the low frequencies are almost nonexistent in my car!! CAUTION. They were installed in an SUV- Terios (large coverage area), while the door was so thin that it required a workaround to fit them. In the installation, I even added a test Vibe amplifier, in case it was due to insufficient power, but things got worse. Plenty of impressive mid-high frequencies, absence of low frequencies! I tried a lot with EQ, loudness, and every other adjustment, with minimal benefits. The disappointment was so great that I took it to another specialist, in case it was due to incorrect installation (opposite phases). I consider it given that in a smaller vehicle with a deeper door, the low frequencies would have had a greater presence. I gave it four stars and not less because the characteristics of the vehicle are unfair to it. P.S. In the end, I installed a Hertz subwoofer and now I have bass from everywhere!

The best for perfect bass without a separate subwoofer. The speakers are flawless, they reproduce the highs very well and almost perfectly the mids (they require adjustment in your DSP). Be careful, prefer the 165 L ones, not the ones with regular bass. Their sound is not beat, but natural and closer to reality. In comparative tests I've seen, they outperform all others in their category.
