as soon as one bar drops, the battery stops working. I sent it to the service, got it back after about 15 days, and again the same thing. I will send it one more time to see if I get any results.

I had previously left a comment about the hammer drill and I can't find it, but I will write it again. On the positive side, it is light as a tin can, it is powerful in impact, but we have never encountered such a wobbly, crooked tool in the workshop before. Its chuck is crooked and loose in every way and off-center. We bought 4 pieces for the workshop and by the second day we put them aside and sold them one by one in a short time. Not a single straight, decent hole... As a demolition tool it does something, but for drilling holes, forget it. Just before you buy it, test it with a new, quality drill bit to see that I am right.

simply incredible, I made 10 holes 8mm in diameter at 10cm depth in concrete with a four-flute drill bit and it did them with ease, the chuck protector when drilling in the ceiling doesn't let any dust get inside it at all.

I mainly use it for precision digging in concrete reinforcement repairs and so far it performs very well! I haven't identified anything negative in its operation. Slightly inferior construction overall compared to older Dewalt tools.

Simply unacceptable, I got it with a 5Ah battery, after 20 holes with a 6mm drill in brick the battery drains, I send it to service and they tell me there is no problem and that I should have been informed by the place I bought it from that I should have gotten it with a larger battery!

First time I buy a tool from the brand Dewalt and I see myself buying more. This specific tool seems very powerful. I will come back again after using it

It has a lot of power to the point where if you hold it with one hand, you can't control it.
But it is not conceivable for a reliable tool from a big company to drill with a 6mm drill bit and have play.
The whole axis is crooked, but what do you expect from Chinese products.
You should know that it enlarges the hole, and I am very afraid that it will throw off a piece on tiles.
If you don't want high precision, go for it.
Otherwise, choose another company.

Very good and powerful especially with the flexvolt battery! The only issue it has is that after 10 minutes of use, the nozzle came off the handle. However, it is worth the money!

Powerful tool, possibly equal or even superior to its electric counterpart. I only use it for drilling holes from 6 to 26 mm, not for screwing.

I didn't expect the best tool to be so powerful, it is more powerful than the corded one. It's worth its money
