Durable and soft material. The mouse glides perfectly on its surface, though not quite like a similar speed mousepad. I replaced an old Razer one with this and I have to say it is softer and has less friction than the Razer (which was also much more expensive). The print is fine and it stays completely stable on the desk. In these dimensions, it is ideal for small keyboards up to 80%. VFM
