Astrology is primarily a Myth. And what is a Myth, if not a vivified image with properties of the human (or sometimes subhuman or superhuman) psyche?

Some feel discontent that modern astrology has taken the direction of psychological introspection and long for the times when the astrologer was at the forefront of battles, giving the signal for attack at a specific time. Unfortunately for them, humanity has matured since then.

People no longer need astrology to predict the weather, stock market fluctuations, the progress of a war, or rising inflation. They have other tools for these predictions now. However, they still need something that all these models have failed to provide: a very important thing. Meaning.

In an era when religion, which once played this role, is also met with skepticism, humanity matures on this level as well and does not seek meaning based on some father figure. Rather, it seeks meaning in the interplay of everything in a holistic universe where everything plays its role, developing sibling relationships with everything else.

In this sense, the Myth of Astrology is Light and a Lamp of direction in order to approach Self-Knowledge more closely. And any effort to shed more light on this path is commendable.
