    There is no metal ironing board cover anywhere for its dimensions. So, I have put a narrower one, resulting in not being able to use its full width. For me, the metal cover is absolutely necessary. I paid a lot for it (90 euros, and elsewhere it was much more expensive), to get it wide, and I can't make use of it.
    However, it has a stable base and seems to be a sturdy construction
