I am very satisfied. This is the fourth one I have bought. (For myself, for my daughters, and for the summer house). The fact that I chose the same one 4 times says it all!!!!

I give it three stars because I think it has quite a few issues!
1. It is quite heavy compared to others
2. Although it is very powerful, the air is not warm enough
3. The buttons are in a very wrong position so you can't even hold it properly without pressing something
4. I think the cable could be longer

I don't know if it is affected by not being used much.

The style of the diffuser is a bit "difficult" to use.

Initially, it came out defective and one setting doesn't work.
It makes a lot of noise, smells strongly of plastic, and doesn't produce enough hot air.
For me, who has curly hair and wanted the diffuser, it doesn't work at all.

Very good, professional feel, powerful motor that doesn't heat up under heavy use, without being overly heavy and straining the wrist. The cool air button is very useful. The two wide nozzles of different widths are very helpful, as well as the round one. The 2400W is truly effective.

With the first use, it smells bad and doesn't go away no matter how many days you use it. I returned it and got another one, but it still smells like burnt plastic. Don't waste your money on this product.

Every time I put it in forward, it emits a bad smell like burnt plastic.
After 5 seconds, the smell stops and it works normally.
Note that I use it 4-5 times a week for 5-10 minutes each time.

Although economical, it appears sturdy and of good quality. My wife is thrilled. Long cord, strong airflow, satisfactory temperature that doesn't burn your hair, and a long cord. With such a price, plus its accessories, it is a decent product.

In three months, without any misuse or anything, it made a noise and simply did not emit hot air.

I bought the same product twice and had the same problem twice. The first time, it had been two years and I didn't pay attention. It stopped producing hot air and only blew cold air.
