Instructions for Use

Used exactly like sugar.
It should be gradually introduced into the diet (starting with 1/2 teaspoon per day). Recommended maximum intake is 10 teaspoons per day.

The product I received is not the same as in the picture. The Finnish flag and the corresponding country indication are missing from the packaging. On the back, it says that it is a product of China. It is not quality xylitol.

Nice taste, somewhat reminds me of mint, but it doesn't bother me in coffee or tea. Much better product than stevia etc.

I bought it after reading about it on the internet - this specific type of xylitol made from birch (not the one produced from corn) is considered one of the healthiest sugar substitutes, it has a low glycemic index and contributes to good oral hygiene, but... for me at least, it has a very negative side effect: in (daily) doses larger than three teaspoons (of sweetener), it acts as a strong laxative. Its sweetening power is slightly less than 1 to 1 and it has a slight minty taste, while having a sugar-like texture that has absorbed moisture, and its price is not at all negligible.

With parkatika, you don't realize that it's not sugar unlike stevia and erythritol! If the glycemic index concerns you, go for erythritol, but even this doesn't burden much. Among all the xylitols, this one has the best combination of taste, price, and quality. Well-known and good company
