I bought it on my own, after 20 days I saw a very small difference, so I went to the doctor after PSA exams and ultrasound, and he told me to continue it for 30 days daily in combination with alfural one per day until the box is finished. My frequent urination went away and I stopped taking them. Only time will tell

The condition of nocturnal urination improved slightly, but the difference was minimal. I might use it again if I don't find something better.

I am 69 years old and have had prostate problems for 30 years, since 1992. My PSA is now above 4.5 units.
I take this supplement with short breaks of about 20 months, as recommended by two urologists.
Personally, it helps me significantly and I don't have to get up at night. Last urination around 12:00, waking up to urinate from 07:00 to 08:00.
It is a dietary supplement, NOT a prescribed medication, so it helps but does not cure. In my case, it has an immediate effect, after taking two or three pills I notice a decrease in the minor annoying symptoms.

It helps a lot with chronic prostatitis, as long as you are consistent with taking the capsule daily. Of course, it also requires a significant period of intake (it is not a medication that has immediate effect, it is a herbal supplement). It is also good to seek advice from a urologist regarding the duration.

My doctor told me that they are just a dietary supplement & prescribed me Xatral, which I have been taking for about 3 months & have clearly benefited from.
As a dietary supplement, they certainly don't harm but -at least for me- they didn't have any particular effect...

After a year of continuous use, the product proved to have nothing to offer me. It may have helped others, but not me... The three stars are because some people may have benefited

After 2 months of daily use, there was no sense of improvement.
Maybe with use for many months... but there should be some "encouraging" sign until we get there..!

After 5 months of use with another product and with additional ingredients, there was some improvement..

Amazing product, natural, significantly helps the urinary system, infections, etc. while you feel the difference.

In my case, being 40 years old with prostatitis, I did not notice any difference in some mild symptoms that may be related, such as frequent urination and a strange sensation in the area. It also did not help in fighting the infection during the 6 months. It simply did not work for me. Maybe I did not have the issues it is intended for, as recommended by my urologist, I did not investigate them on my own

I think it has some results but after about 40 pills... There is no information about reactions or side effects. It also doesn't say for how long we can take it and stop. I haven't even taken the 60 yet. After that, I don't know what I will do. Will I be able to take more?

I can't say that I had significant improvement... at night I would wake up 2 times... 3-4 days later, same thing again.
