Take two sachets per day, preferably every 12 hours. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in half a glass of water, juice, or another cold beverage and stir until fully dissolved. Avoid hot beverages, as they may alter the ingredients. Androferti should be taken immediately after dissolution. It is recommended to establish a daily routine for intake, such as morning and evening, associating it with a daily meal (e.g. breakfast and dinner). Due to the sperm maturation cycle, it is recommended to use Androferti for at least 3 to 6 months.
