This issue features the presentations from the scientific event of the Hellenic Society of Legal Experts of Northern Greece, held on January 24, 2014, at the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Specifically analyzed are: the explosive legislative activity in the land registration legal order, the Land Registry and inheritance succession, the contribution of the land registration judge in shaping land registration law, current case law issues of land registration procedural law, correcting an inaccurate initial land registration entry related to horizontal or vertical property, according to article 6 paragraph 8 of Law 2664/1998, and the liability (civil, criminal, disciplinary) of the Head of the Land Registry Office for acts or omissions, especially the issue of refusal to register court decisions.
