    The door opens but does not stay open enough, resulting in it not pulling anything. You have to come up with a solution to put an object to keep the hinge open. In 1.5 years, it stopped working, probably burned out the circuit board. I am waiting to see what will happen because it is still under warranty. After a week of waiting for a technician to come, it started working for a while and then broke again. Sometimes only the light works, sometimes the motor. In the end, it fixed itself and still works properly. Maybe it got water from the cleaner I used on it?
